Did a 2 bathroom remodel with Only Kitchens and Baths and I’m glad we did. We had an older home so there were some surprises behind the walls, but they handled it without making it a huge headache for us. I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell everything and actually gave practical suggestions. The tile work especially came out really nice. Not the cheapest quote we got, but you can see where the money went!

Super happy we went with Only Kitchens and Baths. Our kitchen was pretty old and awkward, and now it actually feels like a place we want to hang out in. The guys were easy to deal with, showed up on time most days, and didn’t drag things out. A couple small hiccups but nothing major. Overall just a really solid job!

Our master bathroom was long overdue for an upgrade, so we decided to go with Only Kitchens and Baths after meeting with a few companies. They weren’t the cheapest option, but we felt the most comfortable with them. The design process was actually kind of fun—they had good ideas we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. The tile work and lighting turned out especially nice. There were a few scheduling adjustments along the way, but they communicated well and followed through. Overall, very happy with the final result!

We did a full kitchen remodel with Only Kitchens and Baths and overall I’d say it was a really positive experience. Communication was solid, which was important to me since I’ve heard horror stories from friends. They kept me updated on what was happening week to week and actually answered calls/texts. The design part was surprisingly fun too—they had good suggestions but still let us make it our own. A few delays here and there, but nothing crazy. The finished kitchen looks high-end without feeling overdone!

Remodeling two bathrooms sounded stressful at first but Only Kitchens and Baths actually made it pretty manageable. They helped us think through the layout for the master bathroom which was awkward before, and now the space makes a lot more sense. The installers were friendly and didn’t mind when we asked questions about the materials or timeline. I also appreciated that they kept us updated when something was delayed or when the next step was starting. Both bathrooms came out really nice and feel like a big upgrade from what we had before!

From the first consultation they were straightforward about what would work within our budget and what probably wouldn’t. That honesty helped a lot with planning. The work itself moved along steadily and the crew kept things pretty tidy each day, which I appreciated since we were still living in the house during the remodel. The new cabinets are solid and the layout feels much more open than before. It’s one of those upgrades that makes everyday life easier. Cooking and even simple things like making coffee in the morning are just more enjoyable now. Definitely glad we went through with it!

Our bathroom remodel with Only Kitchens and Baths turned out beautifully. The bathroom was small and awkward before, with a huge tub that took up most of the space. They suggested switching to a walk-in shower and moving the vanity slightly which opened the room up a lot. It was a smart idea and we’re really glad we listened. The team was friendly, worked efficiently, and always cleaned up before leaving each day. There were a lot of moving parts with plumbing and tile but everything came together really nicely. Now the bathroom actually feels relaxing instead of cramped!

The designer showed us a few options for cabinets, lighting placement, and island size that made a huge difference. It felt like they were really trying to create something tailored for our home instead of just using a template. Communication was easy and they were always quick to respond when we had follow-up questions. If you’re in the early stages of planning a kitchen, it’s definitely worth sitting down with them!

Our kitchen remodel with Only Kitchens and Baths turned out really nice. What stood out the most to me was their attention to detail during installation. The cabinet alignment, the tile backsplash, and the trim work all look very precise. I also appreciated that they listened to what we wanted instead of pushing their own ideas too hard. There were a few design tweaks suggested that actually improved the workflow of the kitchen, especially around the stove and prep area. The whole process took a few weeks and stayed pretty close to the timeline we discussed at the beginning. Overall we’re very happy with how everything came together!

After meeting with three contractors, we decided on Only Kitchens and Baths for our kitchen and guest bathroom remodel — and I’m so glad we did. From the design phase to the final walkthrough, they were organized and transparent. They didn’t push us into the most expensive options but helped us choose materials that fit our style and budget. We interviewed three contractors before going with Only Kitchens and Baths and honestly, they just felt the most genuine. No pressure, no sales pitch, just straight answers. Our kitchen was old and awkward (tiny galley, bad lighting), and they helped us rework the layout without blowing up the budget. The crew showed up when they said they would, kept things pretty clean for a construction zone, and answered my million questions without making me feel annoying. There were a couple of small delays with cabinet delivery, but they were upfront about it and kept us updated. End result? I actually enjoy cooking again!

I went into this remodel terrified because of all the horror stories you hear, but these guys proved me wrong. Only Kitchens and Baths helped me redesign a really awkward layout, and the project manager suggested a few small changes that made a huge difference (like moving the pantry door and adding under-cabinet lighting, game changer). Their tile guy is an artist, seriously. The backsplash took the longest because he’s a perfectionist, but it ended up being my favorite part of the whole space. I still can’t believe it’s the same space. Only Kitchens and Baths transformed our dark, outdated kitchen into a bright, open, and functional heart of the home. We removed a wall, added an island, and replaced everything from floors to lighting. Their design team had amazing ideas we wouldn’t have thought of — like tucking the microwave into the island or adding hidden outlets in drawers. Everyone from the contractors to the project manager was courteous and professional. They kept the space clean, minimized dust, and were super respectful of our schedule (we both work from home). It was a big investment, but worth every penny. Our kitchen is now the highlight of our home.

We hired Only Kitchens and Baths after meeting with a few different companies, and from the first consultation, we felt at ease. They weren’t pushy, and they actually listened to what we wanted instead of pushing their own agenda. Our project manager kept everything super organized and always kept us in the loop, even when there were minor delays with materials (which is expected these days). Asked for a 500q foot addition which included a den, laundry room, main bathroom, walk in closet. They added a new door from the old main bathroom to the new den and walled up the old entrance from the old main bedroom. They also added a small deck for egress to the backyard. I'm a very picky person but I thought they did a fabulous job. Everything came out perfect. I was there for the whole job and their workers know their craft extremely well. I was a little leery at first because of their name(Only Kitchens and Baths) but they assured us they do additions and showe us pics of some of their additions. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the new addition. Also the quote they offered was the best price over all other companies-some by 100K! Great job.
