Lead architect, Stephen Oliver, has been a proponent of sustainable practices by earning his LEED AP accreditation. He was the design Architect for Holiday Inn's first green hotel, designed in accordance and submitted for LEED Gold. He also was the lead designer for Fiore, an innovative green residential community designed for Austin's Green Building Five Star Rating. Stephen and our staff have a unique and in-depth understanding of the larger context of best national architectural design and planning practice as well as city planning in which projects are successfully defined and completed. As an Architect, his work has ranged from large mixed-use urban infill projects to custom residential and remodels.
