We would give Warren ten stars if we could. His response was prompt and timely since my husband is in hospice. His solutions for the projects that needed attention were clear, concise, and affordable. His suggestions for future work were sensible. O’Shea Builders are very reliable and professional. We are glad we contracted O'Shea Builders to do our kitchen remodel. The owner, Warren, came out and spent time listening to what we wanted, and worked hard to meet our vision and kept close to our budget. The workers are dependable, friendly, and on time and didn't shy away from any extra requests we had during the construction. Thanks also to Jeff; he worked hard and we enjoyed having him around. We would definitely work with the O'Sheas again for future projects on the house.

We hired Warren and his team to fix stairs to code that the previous contractor failed to do. He sent over a team of two carpenters that were extremely talented, professional, had great communication skills and they repaired the stairs to code on-time and within budget. We always felt like the team was doing the work in their own homes which is a great feeling. They left the work area better than when they arrived. I can't say enough about their work ethic and I highly recommend Warren and his team to work on any project. He exceeded our expectations and we will be using him again for any remodeling project we have.

Warren and his team effectively helped me completely re-model my house. What started out as intentions to "subtly improve" ended up evolving into a "down to the studs" overhaul with O'Shea builders being understanding, communicative and patient throughout the entire process. Also given the extreme challenges with logistics that 2021 was as well!! We worked through challenges and were accommodated through the entire process. They were even very patient with my numerous particularities!! All in all a great finished product to a property to be used for years to come and a relationship that will continue moving forward for any advice and or further amendments!!

Warren and his team first worked with us on a kitchen remodel a few years ago, and then recently came back to do some custom cabinetry and a kitchen refresh for us. I have worked with many, many builders and construction teams in this area and would not hesitate to recommend O'Shea Builders over any of them. Warren is responsive and a great communicator, and his team's workmanship, attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality was top notch.

Warren and his crew recently finished a full gut remodel of a bathroom and laundry room that turned out to be much trickier than originally anticipated as the building is almost 150 years old. Despite the complications that arose due to the age of our home, Warren and his very capable crew completed the job beautifully. The quality of the work is excellent. We were living in another state while they completed the work prior to our moving here and, despite the distance, we felt very confident in the work being done as they communicated with us on a regular basis regarding the progress of the work, providing pictures and getting our input as needed. Waren and his crew are highly skilled, were always dependable and very easy to work with. We highly recommend them!

My wife and I spoke fairly extensively with Warren about our house remodel, and he was nothing but helpful and knowledgable. We went with another contractor but that is no fault of Warren's had things on our end gone differently we would have hired him in a heart beat.

Great guy, great team. Responded quickly to inquiries and changes made during process. His team completely renovated two rooms in an ancient house without a single level board in the place, and they did an outstanding job. They also built a great set of stairs leaving the building. The project entailed expanding a 1/2 bath to a full bath with a roll-in shower to accommodate a wheelchair. It turned out beautifully. Also, Warren and crew performed several services unrelated to the bathroom project that were of enormous help to me and my family. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Warren is the man. Very knowledgeable, professional and prompt. We had a gut job renovation that we started with another contractor; after that contractor walked off in the middle Warren helped put all the pieces back together and finish the job. Now he's my go to contractor for jobs big and small.

They are friendly, responsive and capable, but we wished we had gotten a clear estimate of labor hours and approximate project cost beyond the hourly rate prior to hiring them. We hired O'Shea based upon referrals from friends to tape and mud a the small project that is outlined in the pictures. With exception to a small portion in the stairwell, for which I provided the drywall, I did all the cutting and hanging of drywall. It is a given that there is down time when taping and mudding because it has to dry, so when it was suggested that it would take a few days for our project I didn't think much of it as I assumed these would be ~2 hour days laying coats of mud and coming back the next day to sand and mud more. After completing the sanding, they painted a coat of primer on which we provided. After four days of work we received our weekly invoice, billing for 23 hours of work, with an estimated 1-2 more days needed to complete the project, which frankly, was shocking. They are very clear about labor rates and materials markup, but we felt that the estimated time required to do the project was not clear and that the work was not done as efficiently as it should have been based on prior experience and consulting with other contractors after the fact. We were expecting 8-10 hours max to complete a project this size. While it looked pretty good overall, there were some small bubbles and raised areas in the spots that were completed that we feel should not be noticeable given the time spent. Had the job taken less time, we would have been satisfied with the results. The conversations that ensued were regrettably a bit charged, but ultimately Warren was willing to compromise on the total cost of the project to better meet our expectations, which was greatly appreciated.
