Pond Cove renovation and addition
“Design in absentia”
Sort of.
The architect home owner, who was living in Florida at the time, was informed by the neighbor that a frozen pipe had burst. The damage was so extensive that he decided to redo the kitchen and make the back entry/ pantry area into a larger sunroom. In between rounds of golf in Florida, Jim hashed out a design and emailed it to me to see what I could do. We communicated with photos and emails until the finished project was exactly as he wanted.
Please see what he had to say about O’Shea Builders on our website testimonial page.
