I am so glad we used OTM Designs & Remodeling for our bathroom renovation! I just bought a house and we had the bathroom renovated because I am in a wheelchair so I needed to make it accessible. They put in an amazing roll-in shower completely customized to my needs. They were also able to work with my design vision, which is pretty eccentric. I love color and generally ignore conventional design “rules.” Ranj, the interior designer, completely understood what I was going for and was able to work with my crazy ideas. Offer, the contractor, is amazing at what he does and always made sure that everything was exactly how I needed it. They were able to do all of this even though we had a bit of a time crunch because we had to move in after we closed on the house but before we were able to move out of our old apartment. They were not only able to meet my design needs, but they were also able to do it in a limited timeframe. On top of all of this, they were also able to help out with some other things we had to do to the property, such as some sewer work and other items pointed out by the inspector. Finally, Offer and Ranj make a great team because their personalities complement each other and they are able to help take care of a variety of customer requests. Creative is the word! I have been dealing with my oddly shaped master bathroom and horrible kitchen for years! Great job! Added a new bathroom to our home, which involved relocating a weight bearing wall. Of various contractors, OTM initially provided the most in depth review of the proposed Project, quickly surfacing and addressing primary hurdles. Once work began, they maintained this high level of command and communication throughout the Project. When we hit the unexpected, as typically happens during Projects, they consistently resolved matters as I you would expect, with a very responsible work ethic, and the highest degree of professionalism - this is critical. We gutted our house and did a large scale addition, including a huge kitchen from scratch and a large bathroom remodel. We used Offer and his team for the entire project from inception, design, and through completion. The services Offer provides is a "one stop shop" from the designs all the way through completion of the project. His designer Ranj helped us every step of the way picking out all the finishes. They took great care of us and helped save us money where they could. Offer is incredibly honest and really made the project worry-free for us. He treated the project as if it were his own house - attention to detail. Everything is perfect, and we are so happy he has delivered us our dream house. We just finished a very technical job with OTM redoing (2) bathrooms, and a small gym upstairs in our bedroom. We could not be happier with how the job turned out and the quality of workmanship that OTM provide to us. Offer's staff is very good at what they do and that means figuring how to install technical contemporary tubs, and fixtures. They also provided us with beautiful cabinets for both bathrooms that perfectly matched the type of design that we were incorporating in both baths. Their tile work could not have been better, all showers drain perfectly and have the necessary slope to the drain. Every sub they used was excellent from the hot mop company, the painters, and the shower enclosure company. There were only little items that needed tweaked at the end and Offer sent Hugo out, and he came out himself and fixed our rain head. Offer also has very good taste and when we decided on items, we felt confident enough to ask him his opinion and he would always give us an honest opinion. The price for the job was fair as the quality and type of equipment we installed required a contractor that had experience in what we installed. The job is great, thanks OTM!

I would highly recommend working with OTM Designs. I've had my fair share of negative experiences with construction companies, I'm happy to say the OTM Designs team breaks that stereotype. They are responsive to phone calls, emails and texts. Communication is great with OTM and the teal leaders are involved in the day to day! I even referred OTM to my best friends who hired them as well. If/when I have another construction project I'll be calling OTM!

I first entrusted Offer with OTM when I was 7months pregnant to remodel my kitchen ( in retrospect that was pretty crazy to take on during pregnancy) He did a phenomenal job, and finished on time, on budget ( and before baby) and my kitchen rocks! We decided this year to remodel our master bathroom. WOW. He out did himself. Offer guided me in the design process, paid attention to every single detail, found the perfect components from the light to the shower handles and everything in between. We had a very complicated remodel project in an older home which involve a pretty massive plumbing project to install a new bathroom in what was a closet. However, after looking on Houzz for a few days, it finally felt like the search was over once I came across OTM Designs. It seemed like they had the expertise I was looking for in a Design-Build contractor to take on my project. All it took was a 15 minute phone call and like that I was scheduled for a free in-home consultation the same week, granted my schedule is pretty flexible. He took all of my concerns into consideration regarding my kitchen, like style, color, lighting etc. and really worked with me to create a kitchen more beautiful than I was envisioning. We had contacted OTM via Houzz to get a quote done on a couple of bathroom remodels. After agreeing the appointment a week later, that had a half hour window of arrival time. On the day of the appointment I was told that the contractor would be 20 minutes late, as he was in traffic. I had been earlier told that day suited as he was close by in the morning.. So despite a tight schedule on a Thursday after we waited. Then half an hour after he was supposed to arrive, I got a call from the contractor saying he could not find our street or house on Waze. We live on a walk street, which I had to the original contact and I told the contractor the same. I suggested he park on the cross-street and walk down. He seemed annoyed he could find it and became aggressive and confrontational on the phone. 15 minutes later I got a call from his office saying he was not coming and returning to the office as "I had been rude to him"! Needless to say this was not the experience we would want to start with a contractor and we would not wish to do business with them. The other 2 contractors we called, have been on-time, polite and had no problem finding our property.

I hired Offer and his team to implement my design for a master suite makeover. More than a remodel, it involved moving the bathroom to increase overall size repurpose the old bathroom into a laundry room and some cosmetic work on the bedroom itself. The transformation is amazing. I love the space. I am a very tough critic and executing a simple modern design means everything has to be spot on. It wasn't easy but they really delivered a top notch remodel.

This included removal of several (nonstructural) walls, demo and redesign of combined kitchen/laundry/in-kitchen eating area, upgrade of electrical service, including new lighting in most rooms, demo and redesign of master bath and closet, repainting, and removal and replacement of existing flooring throughout. Offer spent a lot of time with us, especially during the initial planning, design and purchasing phases. He put us in touch with several excellent material suppliers. We are very happy with the quality of materials Offer helped us to select for our home. A purchasing timeline would have been helpful. He was quick on his feet when problems occurred. Unfortunately, we had to move in to our condo before Offer was able to complete our project. Our project ran over by 3 weeks, due in part to delays in structural engineering approval for wall removal and permitting. We also experienced an unforeseen guest bath plumbing problem that added 4 days to the schedule. Offer had a good lead man on the crew that worked on our project—Hugo. Hugo is reliable, hard- working and very knowledgeable and can do just about anything that he’s asked to do. Initially the project’s large scope and fairly quick turnaround time seemed doable. Scheduling problems occurred as we got closer to our move-in date. Occasionally multiple tradespeople were forced to work around one another. The painting crew did not always have clear access and a clean environment to work in. We needed more direction—especially so our purchases could be made in a timely manner. Additionally, as we got into the project, we were a bit overwhelmed by the process. Offer needed a fresh set of eyes on our project: often we were the ones that pointed out something that needed doing or re-doing. Job-site: Due to new recycling ordinances in our area, Offer was required to split up and recycle construction debris. Until the demo was complete much of our debris was stored/concentrated in our living room. It took approximately one month before debris was removed. Clean-up was a consistent issue. Subcontractors: all sub contractors were courteous. Real time quality control on subs would have reduced the need for call backs to correct issues. We applaud Offer’s recent hiring of highly competent office support personnel. A staffing issue at the start of our project diverted a bit of Offer’s concentration.

Added 120 square feet to house with a partial covered roof over a wrap around deck. And took out a kitchen wall to open up to new room. And replaced kitchen counter top with soapstone, added french doors to access main deck and replaced existing backdoor to matelb FD.

OTM did an awesome job on my kitchen. From the initial consultation, until the final completion. They handled everything from design to plans approval and implementation. The crew are very experienced and they cleaned up at every end of the day. My kitchen remodeling project turned out better then I expected it to be. Very patient with my many requests and questions. I will definitely be calling them again!

I just wanted to recommend Offer. He's amazing. My husband and I used him to do our upstairs bathroom. We had the worst bathroom you have ever seen and he gutted it and its now the prize jewel of our home. And after that we had him do our kitchen which is now the second prize jewel. And everybody loves our bathroom. And we recommended him to friends and he is the best! I cannot recommend him highly enough. His team came in. So efficient. So quick. Cleaned up everyday afterwards because I'm a real uptight person and they were spectacular. And I cannot recommend him enough.

OTM won the bid on our town home kitchen remodel. Offer listened to what we wanted, brought great samples, and has top notch people working with him. He wasn't the lowest bid but my husband and I felt confident in his experience and knowledge. When problems were found, they were addressed and fixed at reasonable cost. Offer constantly checked on the work and progress, his men were excellent, and it was finished in around 2 weeks. He even came back and took care of some detail work after the fact. Our kitchen turned out beautifully. Becoming a real focal point of our townhouse.

This is my second project and review for OTM designs. The first was a kitchen and this current project was a downstairs bathroom and vanity area. The house is 1928 with a major redo in the late 1980's. This makes construction confusing. What would have been a fairly straight-forward remodel was interjected by many "surprises" along the way as we discovered unanticipated subflooring, plumbing, and foundation work. OTM took this in stride, added nothing to the overall bid time, and got the job done. They worked with all my crazy selections, provided excellent resources to procure items I had little knowledge of, and designed this redo seamlessly within the strict historical guidelines that my city employs. What was key was that I got what I wanted, in budget, on time, with great work and the known professionalism/experience that made me trust this company to come back and work on my home a second time. OTM has incredible integrity to complete the job right,down to the smallest piece of tile meticulously hand cut. I actually enjoy working with them - it is win-win for everyone. So now, I have a stunning kitchen and a gorgeous bathroom and downstairs area. OMG - now I have to save up for the rest of the house!

Amazing contractor! Listens well, keeps project on-time & on budget, which was so very important to me. Offer can handle curve balls and we had a few with our kitchen & bathroom. He is extraordinarily “well” organized and doesn’t miss details. His rationale for design did everything to include what was functional as well as beautiful. OTM Designs turned our 1970s style townhouse kitchen, a small space, into a modern and beautiful kitchen in just a few weeks. It was a complete renovation and transformation: recessed lights, travertine floor and backsplash, new cabinets and countertops, etc. All the contractors who worked in our home were professional and respectful, especially of me because I worked from home at the time. Quality was important and the job was done to our satisfaction.

We had just purchased out first home and had a few months to do some major remodeling done before our first baby arrived. We had the work bid out by several construction companies in our area. We chose OTM to handle the kitchen as we were very impressed by their presentation and their clearly presented estimate -- that was about 30% less than the other bids by companies that weren't nearly as polished. In the end, we used them to redo our ENTIRE house. From ripping the house down to the floorboards, building a new fireplace, putting crown molding throughout to redoing the plumbing and electric in the entire house. We always felt taken care of by the companies owner, Offer. His keen design sense was also immensely valuable in making dozens of "on the spot" decisions quickly so we could make our move in date. Our experience was one of white glove service by a trustworthy company who we will always use and recommend for all our home construction needs in the future. We feel very fortunate to have had them as our primary contractor through an immensely stressful time.

Project: New Windows - Multiple I found this company to be VERY good ! The salesman was excellent in every aspect from his product knowledge to making sure no stone went unturned. He was very friendly, diligent, and kept us informed through the entire process. Offer made us feel like he was one of his family. We are very happy with the product we bought. Though, I really need to say the installation crews' cleanup left a lot to be desired, but when I expressed that to the company they came out and took care of it right away. My kitchen remodel was the first major remodel of my house, so I was very particular about picking out the right company for the job. I searched for a couple months and got about 5 different estimates before I decided to go with OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. Everything from the initial estimate to picking out the tile, cabinets and granite just felt right. Offer, the owner, is very easy-going and easy to work with. He was extremely helpful with helping me pick things out. It didn't seem like he was out to make tons of money off the job. I think he just wanted to see his customers happy with his service and the products. He was very responsive and even responded to emails on weekends and some nights! That’s quality service. OTM Designs & Remodeling did the demo, travertine floors, granite countertops, custom cabinets and light fixture installation of my kitchen and everything turned out beautifully! What was once my least favorite room in the house is now my favorite room and I am no longer ashamed to bring guests over. Not only was the service fantastic, the price was hard to beat! I feel like I got a lot more for my money by going with OTM Designs & Remodeling. Other companies quoted me a higher price for oak cabinets than the price Offer quoted me for quality maple cabinets (maple is better and more expensive than oak). He even threw in an under mounted sink, while other companies were charging me for the old fashioned over mounted sinks. My husband and I are more than very happy we went with OTM Designs & Remodeling. I wouldn’t ever hesitate to go with OTM Designs & Remodeling again!!!! We will be remodeling my master bathroom with them in the near future.

Going with OTM Designs & Remodeling Inc. was the best decision I could have possibly made for transforming my kitchen. Price, materials, installation and service cannot be beat!! The installation was very smooth and fast. They use different teams for granite, cabinets and tile, which is good because they are all specialized. They are all on time and worked hard. I was able to leave the keys with them and they came in and out with no incident. Demolition and installation of everything was very meticulous and clean. Offer came by for a site visit after the cabinets came in and was very communicative as to what was finished, what time the installers were coming in. But most importantly, the quality of the finished product is excellent. The cabinets were all plywood boxes, no MDF anywhere and the granite installation looked great. Installation was very detail oriented. I have one counter that was seamed so well that it looks like a single slab. Offer and the team are very good to work with and if you do encounter any problems, the team will be sure to fix it. These are straightforward, honest guys who are anal about kitchens. They are also very accommodating. I should also point out that they did not charge me for any hidden extras or surprise costs when the work was complete. My only complaint is that the kitchen looks so good, it's making the rest of my place look damn cheesy!! I predict a trip to Sears in my immediate future, since my cheapo stove sticks out like a sore thumb. I will absolutely be back for my bathrooms.
