The whole experience was great. From dealing with Steve for the quote and design proposal, to having Steve and Simon in the house working on the project. Papro Consulting are a fabulous company to use for your wine room. We installed the cable rack system and it looks absolutely fabulous. Papro Consulting helped us all the way through schematic design with very clear renderings, assistance with lighting ideas and valuable information about lighting, insulation and temperature cooling systems. Upon researching for a wine cellar consultant, I decided to look in HOUZZ at which time I came across Papro Consulting. Steve and his team were instrumental in creating a fantastic design from the input and ideas my spouse and I had in mind. It was Tuscan, rustic, and unique. The construction was organized, scheduled effectively, and was exactly what the 3D design displayed. The cellar looked like it belonged in my basement since inception of the construction of my home. Steve's team, whether it was the designer (Joanne), the mill worker (Chris), the stone mason (Dino), or the cooling unit installer (Mike) were all very thorough and attentive to our needs. I am an architect who advised the client to hire Papro to consult with us on how to get the wine cellar that I had envisioned for the client. We just completed our wine cellar. We are absolutely thrilled! From start to finish, Papro Consulting did an excellent job from the completing of the design drawings to the finished project, everything was done with tremendous care.

We had a custom wine cellar made, for the price of the competition's "kit" cellars. the job was done exactly as promised, on time, on cost, with fit and finish excellent. this is one of our favourite rooms of the house now. We highly recommend Steve. Very approachable, and knowledgeable.

I was very happy with the outcome of my wine cellar. Steve came up with some great ideas to accomplish this modern look. Lighting was very important and the back light inside the wine slots makes a great look.

Papro was highly competent and professional throughout the entire project, Our Wine Cellar is the focal point of our basement and the attention to detail and the finished product was stellar. Steve did a fantastic wine cellar (combination of kit and custom) for us at a fraction of the price of a full custom cellar. Around 1200 bottles for around $10k installed (cooling unit separate). We found him great to work with - friendly, efficient and trustworthy. Good trades are hard to find so I'd have no problem recommending him.

Steve and his team are highly professional and knowledgeable. Steve was very collaborative in the design of my cellar and was respectful of my wishes in the look I was going for. This was a very important part of the design of our new home and his team also worked well with my designer.He pulled it off and it is a highlight of our home. His prices are very competitive and I have recommended him to several friends and a large private city club. He is the best!!!

I have hired Papro Consulting to design, plan, and construct my wine cellar at my dream 7000 sq ft home that I have recently built in an affluent area in the City of Toronto. The job was quite complicated and involved many other trades such as an electrician, home automation expert, HVAC, Glass Door Entry manufacturer, Onyx supplier and installer, custom LED panel manufacturer, and flooring. Steve took the lead coordinating, scheduling and managing each and every one of these trades. Papro delivered an outstanding quality work and service. Out of the 60 (+/-) trades and suppliers I have dealt with in my house building process, I would rate him as number ONE with respect to Service, Quality, and Delivery Time.

We recently spent the last 16 months building the home of our dreams. Although we are not big wine drinkers, the custom home screamed for a wine cellar.
