Arrogant - Overpriced and very difficult to work with. Couldn't get them to pick up our leaves last year in the community in which we live along the rear curb of our home.No worries , their gone now and we're happy to have a new supplier who does beautiful work.

Not professional. High prices for low quality and poor service. Blame the customer for their short comings. Would definitely not recommend this company. There are so many companies in the game who do better work for an affordable price.

Thank you for your feedback. Comments such as yours led us to make significant changes to our staff and our priorities since your review. Last Spring I received a quote for my small project, and authorized the work to be done. I was told that the company would "fit my job in" when it could. That was fine with me. The whole season came and went, no one ever came out to do the work. I understand that mistakes in scheduling can be made, so this year I called and left a message to have the work completed. After waiting for a month, no return call ever came. I called the owner and left a message, explaining the situation, expecting a return call. None ever came. I guess unless your job is a BIG one, this company is just not interested. If they were not interested in the job, a phone call would have been appreciated. Makes me wonder if they have any knowledge of common curtesy or of costumer service.

Comment from Peabody Landscape Group:

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your experience. Since the time of your review, we have made many changes to our staff and procedures. We no longer ‘fit’ jobs into the schedule. All jobs, large and small, are scheduled in order they are received and assigned to our crews based on the best fit for their skill set. Communication is a primary focus of our design staff throughout the installation process. We communicate regularly how far out on the schedule their upcoming project is and if we are facing weather delays or supply issues. Feedback such as yours allows us to see ourselves in a clearer light and make the changes necessary to better serve our clients.

I have finally found a landscape company that I am very pleased with. Your company is wonderful. We have gone through 3-4 different landscape companies only to find that they were not diligent. They neglected a lot of important areas and took whatever short cuts they could. Eventually I would go through the yard and finish what they did not do even though they were paid for it. Peabody has been amazing from the first time they started on our property. They are very detail oriented, meticulous, and knowledgeable about their field. They not only do our landscape but outside lighting, and irrigation. It's nice to have all services with a company you trust. Thanks Peabody for doing an amazing job. I am very happy with the service your company provides.

After a season of keeping up the landscape, I was ready to give this job up. And I was tired of paying multiple bills for various services. Received several bids on "full service" residential lawn/landscape service including spring clean and irrigation maintenance. Dave from Peabody very timely in his responses, and competitive with bid vs. other reputable providers. Everything nice and itemized, and flexible to tweak a la carte. Once signed, the grounds team was very fast to get scheduled and work was very clean. Impossible to get everything on the first go-round when you aren't living there, but the fore-woman Jammi, was very open to feedback and quick to touch things up. She is also very knowledgable on her plants! Turf crew has mowed appropriately, not excessively, and very tidy. Dave continues to impress with periodic checks and professional interactions. If you are looking for cruise control/ "one stop shop", Peabody is definitely a great provider.

Peabody Landscape Group designed and installed new outdoor living spaces for us including multiple patios, decks, walls, and landscaping. Pat Lynch did the design work and provided excellent services, his design was exactly what we wanted - contemporary with high quality mixed materials. He incorporated Ipe and cedar wood, travertine stone, rough cut granite, and solid block with clean lines and interesting features. Peabody really exceeded all of our expectations. The crew they brought to do the work was very professional and polite. Truly world class service all the way.
