Phantom screens offered the prefect solution to my new garden doors. They where prompt and followed through with everything as scheduled. The installer was friendly, professional and installation was completed to my expectations. I would definitely recommend using Phantom screens.

Phantom Screens brought a colour palette to ensure the screen door frame matched the trim around our door. We already had another retractable screen door that was not from Phantom Screens Ontario that I find very difficult to open as it only has a strong magnet to hold it close. The Phantom Screen door has an easy to open latch. As well, the screen has an optional lock; we are on the lake so there are no worries about it blowing open on a windy day. The air flow throughout the house with the Phantom Retractable Screen has been refreshing, and is also a money saver as we can use our air conditioning as often. If you're one who likes fresh air, this screen is perfect. Last year we replaced our front door, which previously had a storm door as well that allowed us to have a nice breeze through the house. Purchasing a newer more modern door which has curb appeal would be defeating the purpose. Hence we heard about Phantom Screens. Had it installed recently and works great and you don't even see it from the street but still provides great air flow through the house. My only concern is getting folks educated on there is actually a screen there that could easily be walked through. But I'll live with that!

Love my retractable screen door! We have a balcony on the second floor and our builder included a door, but no screen. I didn't like the idea of feeling cut off from the interior of my home, and wanted the benefit of fresh air circulating in my second floor family room (where the balcony is located). I am absolutely thrilled with the process and results! The company sent a knowledgeable, professional installer who was able to present the options available and take measurements. Our turnaround time was quick (about two weeks) and the screen door was installed in less than an hour. For both appointments, the installer observed safety precautions. Best of all, the screen door retracts fully when not in use, so the look of my home's facade is preserved! Our only regret is that we didn't do it sooner. Would absolutely recommend Phantom Screens to everyone who is looking for a retractable screen door!

When we had a new front door and side lite installed, our old phantom screen didn't survive the restoration. It didn't take us long for us to realize how much we missed a Phantom Screen door. The salesman/installer was very professional and we were able to enjoy our new screen door within a few weeks. Great job, highly recommended.

THE PRODUCT: This installation was to replace the previous off-brand retracting screen doors that were breaking down. Once the doors were installed the quality difference was immediately apparent and is absolutely worth the extra cost. The doors open and close easily with only one hand, have less frame and more screen space, and a sturdier screen that is more resilient to accidental collisions with pets and people. THE SERVICE: When I first booked the Phantom screen installation, I was unaware that construction was also scheduled for the exterior of my condo townhouse. The Phantom installer and construction company worked together amicably on the best approach and, although the Phantom installation was delayed, it was the best solution. It allowed for the highest quality of external repairs and avoided construction debris affecting the new screens and tracks. To complete the job, the Phantom installer made 2 additional visits without complaint or extra fees. Both the product and professionalism of the services are exemplary. I will use this company again if I move to a different house and recommend them to anyone considering retracting screens.

They were very professional in everyway. I would hire again. This was done during Covid 19 and there were delays and they communicated the problem. The installation was quick and neat.

I love this company and I love Phantom Screens. I installed on on my French door to the deck and it was the best purchase ever. I leave my doors open all the time to let the breeze in the house. I feel like I have another room in my house called the outdoors! Never had a probelm with them and so easy to take care of. My cats love them too as they can sit safely inside and take in the outdoors as the same time. Recommend them to anyone who is looking.
