Working with Jasmine was a great experience. Since we were out of state for most of the project, we really needed someone we could trust completely, and she was amazing every step of the way. She worked closely with the builder, checked on things for us regularly, and handled so many details when we couldn’t be there ourselves. What we appreciated most was how well she listened to what we wanted. We were looking for a very clean, minimalist style that still felt warm, comfortable, and easy to live in, and she absolutely nailed it. She took our ideas and created a home that feels beautiful and completely “us.” Jasmine was also just so easy to work with. She made decisions feel less overwhelming, communicated so well throughout the process, and truly cared about getting every detail right. We honestly could not be happier with how everything turned out and would recommend her without hesitation.

We had been working on a house plan for weeks. We purchased books and scoured the internet looking at architectural designs, but to no avail. Everything we saw was just not quite what we wanted. We even got desperate enough to get out the graph paper, attempting to design a floor plan on our own by ‘cutting and pasting’ ideas from other designs; all resulting in what looked like a middle-schooler’s art project. It had gotten to a point where any/all fun had left the equation! Enter Pine Island Design. We met with Pine Island Design and shared our ‘dream house’ ideas and within hours they presented to us a legit floor plan along with a sketch of the exterior elevation of our dream home that totally wowed us! We went from ‘ready to give-up’ to ‘ready to make our dream home a reality’!!

I cannot speak enough praise of Jasmine for all her design help with our renovation project! She is organized, quick to respond, and has the most exquisite taste! She even presented me with some vision boards of all my ideas compiled together and I still love to look at them! I would absolutely recommend Pine Island Design to anyone who is building a home from scratch, a big remodel, or just to someone who needs an expert opinion with some design changes. You will not be disappointed!
