By far our favorite contractors to date!!! From start to finish Pomer Construction we’re on top of their trade and built our home addition exactly how we envisioned it and according to budget. There were a few change orders along the way, but it was always because of things we changed/added along the construction process. Ron is amazing, so knowledgeable, professional, and honest. Sharone the interior designer was amazing as well. She listened to all our requests and concerns and came up with the best design ideas. Both were super patient and calm and we felt heard and cared the entire process. We will miss Pomer Construction (time to start planning the ADU )

We had a major house fire. Fortunately we found Ron Pomer and Sharone Pomer to help us rebuild our home. It was very scary to redo a home, but Ron and Sharone walked us through it with patience and kindness. Ron is a calm problem solver and a pleasure to work with. For example, the architect made a design error, and after Ron framed the master we caught the awkwardness of the architect’s layout. I was upset. Ron and Sharone met me at the house right away and told me not to worry. They found a solution and Ron solved the problem perfectly within 24 hours. When other decisions needed to be made, I felt like I had a team that cared about the outcome as much as I did. Even at the end of the job Ron came back to fix anything that bothered me ( and some things that bothered him.) I spent 16 months working on our home with the Pomers, the project was done on time and on budget and the house is even better than I expected. I highly recommend this contractor and design team! I am very grateful for their work.

MULHOLLAND BRAND

Ron Pomerantz of Pomer Construction hired our company to fabricate and install a stainless steel entry gate. I worked with Ron personally on the project. I found Ron to be a very conscientious person, fully detail oriented, and working entirely in the best interests of his client, the home owner. Each of us: the contractor, my company, and most importantly, the homeowner, all have completed a project we are proud of, and this is due in no small part to Ron's supervision and care.

Thank you Ron for your beautiful and professional work. We remodeled the top floor of our house; 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms and added another studio with a separate entrance. From the start of the project, Ron assured us that this is doable in a relatively short time. He delivered on this and then some. The quality of his team's work was top notch and we were able to continue living downstairs during the remodel. This was a great experience and we are in love with our house.
