Prominent demolished a half story and built a full second floor with 2 bathrooms in our old Cape Cod home. They were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive, but someone answered the phone every time I called and I got a reply to my emails within a reasonable amount of time. This excellent communication continued throughout the project. They consistently showed up and communicated proactively. Whenever we had questions or concerns, there was someone to talk to and we worked it out. Despite this being a major renovation, this was a low stress project. They did a good job and we are very happy in our new old home. I would use prominent builders again without thinking twice and would very strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a general contractor.

We recently completed a major renovation, Our focus was high quality construction and workmanship. Prominent Builders was our first and only estimate until we got another quote much later based on friends’ advice. It only helped strengthen our confidence in our first choice. The entire team is very efficient and so patient, since we did more add-ons to from the original contract. Each one of the team took time to critique our plans providing workable and great suggestions to make the projects better. It was certainly a concerted team effort making their work of our house such a huge success! Such quality, built-to-code, on time and at a reasonable price. I came to Prominent because my house had burnt down and I needed to rebuild my home. I had met with several other builders prior but none of them seem like a good partner in this project. Max and Tom immediately made me feel at ease. I am so happy that I chose Prominent to build my house. From start to finish, they worked within my budget, helping me making smart choices. They helped me through the whole process of architectural plans, board meetings, permits and construction. The final construction of the entire house took only 13 weeks from framing to move-in. I am beyond impressed and would recommend this company to anyone, whether you are building small or big. My house came out absolutely beautiful and after this dramatic event we were able to continue life in a house that has everything we want and far surpassed my expectations.

My wife and I have been working with Prominent Builders for the past six months rebuilding our house and have found them reliable and excellent to work with. Prominent Builders built out a 4500 square foot commercial space for us. The experience was great. We were involved and consulted in every step of the way. They were friendly, smart and very creative. We had many times when our architect (NOT from Prominent Builders) left things out or left things incomplete, and Prominent Builders were able to think outside of the box, and develop excellent solutions. They were always available, and quick to respond. They also helped us to find affordable solutions, and did a beautiful job! I would use them again and recommend them to everyone!
