Pro Pacific helped us complete a complete remodel of our home in Cardiff. We had an exceptional experience. The entire team has great communication, is fun, has great taste, and their work is incredibly high quality. When we ran into barriers, they always had multiple solutions that we were happy with. Kim was an amazing design partner and Dave was a top-notch project manager. We were very sad when the project was over because we miss them all! Oh, and our house looks like it is straight from a magazine, more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We are on the verge of annoying with how much we rave about them to others.

I had the pleasure of working with Mike and Dave from ProPacific Builders on an extensive remodel of my parents' home in Del Mar. The team was professional, responsive, and collaborative throughout the whole process. We were on an especially tight deadline to complete the project, and they were very accommodating and did everything they could to get the project done in time for my parents' projected move-in date, without sacrificing the quality of their workmanship. Everything turned out exceptionally clean, beautiful, and elevated. We are very grateful to ProPacific for helping us create such a gorgeous and comfortable home for my parents. We just completed a remodel in Carlsbad with ProPacific Builders and it came out so beautiful. We had ideas of what we wanted to do but their recommendations and guidance brought it all together. They were patient with us when we asked a million questions and directed us in our choices. We would use them again for any other remodel projects we had. Everyone we worked with on the team was responsive and easy to work with!

We engaged ProPacific after meeting with three other contractors to renovate our first floor (including kitchen/laundry). While they were not the lowest cost provider, we immediately became aware of their professionalism and quality and confidence in the design and building trade. Mike, one of the owners, had several discussions with us regarding our remodel, explaining their process, and walking us thru their proposal. While the other prospective contractors seemed ok, we immediately had a sense that Mike was a straight shooter, and most importantly, ProPacific had a well proven and impressive track record. Kim patiently guided us through many design options, ensuring it was driven by our taste preferences but injected with her current market experience. The job foremen - Dave, Ted and Shannon - ensured great communication on the schedule, that the job site was clean, and their experienced tiler, painters, plumbers and carpenters understood the tasks at hand. When a couple inevitable issues did arise, Mike jumped in and provided remedies. There honestly were never stressful moments about this rehab (other than deciding on design choices). We were very pleased with both the end result, and quality and smoothness of the process. As a result, we've decided to move ahead with an unplanned second phase reno upstairs.

Pro Pacific Builders recently completed an extensive remodel for us that included our kitchen, fireplace, powder room, bannister railings, linen cabinets, a window expansion, a sliding door addition and flooring throughout the whole house. They came highly recommended to us from friends, and after meeting Mike we were immediately drawn to his professional but down-to-earth personality. It was very important to us that everything was done to code and with all of the proper permits, and the team helped us work with an architect and engineer to make sure all of our projects were up to code and passed inspections. The team made design suggestions we never would have come up with on our own, which really ended up making the biggest splash - adding interior wood trim around the windows, putting in larger and more modern baseboards, and adding shiplap to two focal points in the house. The finished product turned out amazing and everyone who sees the remodel is blown away by how beautiful it looks. It’s really a completely different house in the best possible way. One of the nicest complements we received was when a friend said it looked like we were living inside Coastal Living Magazine!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the finished project!! Everything was done according to our contract and was completed on time. ProPacific Builders were very professional and fun to work with. Scott, always had solutions to any little problem that came up and handled it right away. All the subs were very knowledgeable, on time and clean. Everyone was very helpful. The team; Scott, Mike and Ally went over and above doing the job to our satisfaction! We couldn't have been more pleased! We would recommend them, which we have, to our family and friends whenever we can.

We hired ProPacific Builders to do a complete remodel or "redo" as my daughter said of our kitchen and backyard. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service we received. Mike and Scott are an excellent team. From the very first meeting, we were comfortable with Mike. He took the time to walk us through the process step by step, went shopping with us for products, and gently guided us through all of our decisions and the process. They were also fully transparent regarding timing of the project completion, issues found, and helped us keep to our budget. When I had questions, the response time was usually less than 24 hours! Plus our kitchen and patio look fabulous! Our friends say it looks like something from a magazine. I can't disagree. Impeccable professionalism and integrity! Mike and Scott at Pro-Pacific did a fantastic job helping us navigate through the complex and stressful process of remodeling our home. From design concept through completion, they were fully attentive to our concerns and wishes. They provided nothing but the highest quality craftsmanship- no corners cut. They hired quality people, both internally and as sub-contractors, and made sure things were done right. They did not disappear during construction but were on site many times a week working and supervising. Kudos to their two employees we saw almost every day, Shanon and Jesus, who were always courteous and accommodating. The job site was meticulously maintained, everything cleaned up and stored out of the way at the end of the day. They worked diligently to meet deadlines and finished within a week of projected completion. Mike and Scott have figured out how to provide the highest quality of service, design and craftsmanship at the most reasonable price. It has been over 9 months since our remodel and we are still as pleased as the day they finished. We wouldn’t change a thing. We highly recommend them!

ProPacific Builders , Mike and Scott, were fantastic. They were smart, responsive to what we wanted, and clear and upfront about what the limitations might be. They came up with good suggestions that saved us money (!). We are highly satisfied with the final product - exactly what we wanted. The cost came in very close to estimates. We had deadlines that were fairly mobile, but that was due in part to our schedules, delivery schedules, and unexpected work arounds . We considered their work high quality, professional, and beautiful. They are two of the most pleasant people we have ever met, along with being intelligent and honest. We can highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

January 2018 Kitchen, powder room, and living room remodel Hiring ProPacific was the best decision for us. We had interviewed many contractors and felt the most confident and comfortable with Mike and Scott. We are very particular and have high expectations for the work being done. ProPacific met those expectations and we always felt that our project was a priority. Scott and Mike are both very personable, easy to work with,follow through on all aspects of the job and are both very knowledgeable. They kept the project on time and within our budget. The crews ( plumbers, electricians, demo, tilers and framers) that ProPacific use are all very professional, courteous and respectful of your home. The finished project came out better than we expected. We have no hesitation in recommending ProPacific and definitely will use them for our future projects.

We hired ProPacific Builders for a loft infill this year and are very happy with the quality of work and this company's professionalism. Scott was easy to communicate with - he usually responded via email or text within one day. We chose this company over others not because they were the cheapest, but because Scott had the best balance of being friendly and trustworthy but also knowledgeable about the project and different options. He stayed very close to the proposed completion date and the budget only went over on additional items we added to the project. The different crews usually cleaned up very nicely and were respectful in our house. We've had many different contractors working on projects in our home and Scott is one of the few we'd recommend!
