John Larson is the type of contractor I wish I had in Racine. WI. He had done a kitchen remodel for my sister a few years ago. By the way, it was beautiful. My sister recently had passed and I found a business card when I was looking over paperwork. I am in Wisconsin and need to hire people to get work done on a house in Eugene. So, it was a long-shot, but with nothing to lose, I gave John a call. John saved the day. He used his network to help me line-up people in Eugene that could do the work the following week when I could be in town. This team was incredible. John Herrera from the Carpet Company gave a really good bid and did an excellent job laying new carpet. Don Kaufman squeezed us into his schedule and even brought in another painter to help finish the work by the end of the week. Everyone was terrific. Susan Spring

Last year (2020) we interviewed six different contractors before we chose PCLLC to do a complete remodel of our 70 year old home. They had the pricing we were looking for, but beyond that they shared the vision we had for our remodel. Their work was outstanding and except for an issue with one of their subcontractors (for which they took responsibility and discounted our final cost), the work was done on time and beautifully and we couldn't be happier. In fact, we had had them back to install a walk in tub that was, to say the least, quite a challenge in this older home. But, as with the remodel, it turned out great! We are now working with them for some decking we've always wanted and look forward to having them do this work. I would recommend Brad and his team for any home remodeling or construction work you need. I don't think there's a company in town that can match their professionalism or commitment to excellence!!

Brad and crew took my vision and made it a gorgeous reality. My kitchen needed updating when we bought it 15 years ago - today it is the kitchen of my dreams. The exterior looks fabulous too!
