We recently worked with Q-Construction for our first home renovation, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Q Construction Solutions (QCS) recently finished remodeling the kitchen in our 1980s-vintage house in Northwest Hills. Because we were so happy with their work in our primary bathroom, there was never a question who would do our kitchen. QCS is everything someone looks for in a contractor. Their tradesmen have worked with QCS for a long time, so we were comfortable having them in our house – even when we were out of town. Q Construction exceeded all expectations during our recent kitchen renovation project. Starting with the bid process I knew they were the company to choose and they worked seamlessly with our designer. The engineering, architectural, and project management expertise across the company and the craftmanship of the work product is outstanding. Having an onsite project manager with open lines of communication was a real plus and the work proceeded consistently and on time. Unexpected “discoveries” during the project were handled professionally and quickly. Pricing was always transparent and reasonable due to their research to ensure doing what was best for the customer. Cesar was attentive and responsive and Alex, our project manager, was the best. Our kitchen is beautiful and we love it. I’m already thinking about the next project and we’ll definitely use Q Construction again. We are very satisfied with Q construction and are glad we chose them for our significant remodel. There are several things that worked well for us. 1. The quality of work was high, which is of course most important. Our home is wonderful and we feel blessed to live here again. 2. The bottom up planning and implementation process was very transparent. We knew the cost of each item and were able to make informed decisions about where we want to spend and where we want to save. 3. We had worked with designer so we knew what we wanted and had plans for execution. But as they say, no plan survives first contact with the enemy. Q did an excellent job of identifying issues and developing solutions. The end result is well beyond where we started, and much of that is from their creativity, attention to detail, and experience. We hope to not remodel again, but if we did, we’d choose Q.

As an interior designer, Q Construction is one of my go-to builders. We've worked with their team for years, on a number of different projects of all different scale. Throughout our time working together, Q has continued to deliver a professional and quality experience for our clients! When we spend so much time working through details with clients, it is quite comforting to know that the Q team is going to execute the design to the same level of detail. Their team of experts have taught me something on every project we've done together. I truly cherish the relationship we've developed with Q and their entire team over the years and will continue to refer them to any of our design clients!

After working with Hello Kitchen on a design for our kitchen remodel, we chose Q Construction for product delivery. They did not disappoint. At every step, they were attentive, present, detail-oriented, and professional. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Pricing was fair, and transparent. 5 Stars might not be enough! We engaged with Quick for almost a year before our project commenced and then just shy of 7 months during the construction phase. Not only were the results beyond our expectations but we could not have been happier or more impressed with the overall process and project management approach. The professionalism of Cesar and the entire QRS team is top notch. Communication was always very responsive and efficient and there was a truly collaborative feel to the project from beginning to end. On top of all of that, the team was always conscious of keeping the jobsite clean both inside and out – which made our neighbors not only happy but also quite impressed. Nothing but positive things to say about QRS!

Quick was wonderful to work with on our 1950's Crestview remodel. We modified our entry, added a room using existing square footage and completely gutted our kitchen and two bathrooms. They were on budget, on time, transparent and exceptionally thorough. We appreciated the open dialogue and weekly communication we received from the team. We did our best to be responsive when questions would come up and they would do the same. They offered up solid suggestions when we were faced with both expected and unexpected decisions. We recently hired Quick to do a major remodel of our master bathroom and utility room. In addition, they installed hardwood floors for us. To say that we have been extremely pleased with Quick is a huge understatement. Throughout every phase of our project, the Quick team was professional, extremely skilled, responsive, and courteous. Our project manager was on site every day and made sure that the work was done correctly and was up to Quick's high standards. The work of the subcontractors was superb, and the scheduling of workflow was considerate of us. In fact, we're so happy with our experience with Quick that we're hiring them to remodel our kitchen( and we are not even soliciting bids from other contractors for this project!)
