I worked with Ram on a custom build in Dilworth that finished in January 2022. The experience with the Ram team was professional, well organized and thoughtful. From the time the initial plans were reviewed to move in, the team listened and accommodated every request, change and outlandish idea presented. The build included a custom temperature controlled wine cellar, in-house smoking room and humidor and many other unique elements. The Ram team is highly skilled and collaborative from the principles to the designers and project leads. Working with Frank, Keith, Rachel, Lindsey and Todd was an absolute pleasure and a positive experience. I continue to have a collaborative relationship with the Ram team even 4 years later. I would gladly open up my home to anyone considering Ram as their builder and share my experience.

RAM built our house and we are pleased, thus far. Frank the architect, Keith the money guy, Rachel the decorator, Lyndsey the project manager and Bryan the field supervisor all did a great job. They seem like they actually care how the customer feels and work to make him or her happy and satisfied. I'd recommend them.

We contracted with Ram on a tear down and new custom home in 2023. They were extremely helpful in the design and layout of the floor plan early on as well as their guidance throughout the project. Keith, Frank, Rachel, Lindsey, Brian could not have been better to work with. Issues come up in any build of this size, the key is in how they are resolved. Ram is organized and professional and we highly recommend them. We couldn't be happier with our new home.

The RAM team did an exceptional job building our home in Charlotte during the most challenging of times in the pandemic amidst worker, supply line shortages and skyrocketing costs. The team including Frank, Keith, Lindsey, Crystal, Kevin and Todd did a great job keeping the project on track and completing our house. Great communication, transparency, understanding, patience and flexibility. They were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend RAM and will be building with them again in the future!

We were moving to Charlotte from DC during the pandemic and worked with RAM on the design and build of our new home. As soon as we stepped into one of their spec projects, we could feel the quality and care that went into their homes. They moved quickly and kept us updated with daily logs and photos. Their subcontractors were skilled and really took pride in their craft. RAM uses a construction management software called Buildertrend which made tracking of selections, allowances, change orders, and progress simple and transparent. We still access it occasionally to confirm paint colors, etc. Keith and Frank were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to questions. Lindsey assisted with finalizing selections and made sure to submit purchase orders quickly, which helped avoid delays related to supply chain issues. Our project manager, Todd was amazing and continued to work with us after we moved in on any minor loose ends. We would recommend RAM to anyone interested in building a new home.

Ram is a local company that stands by their name and work. My wife and I contracted with Ram for a new construction design/build and we could not be happier with the process and end result. From day 1 it was a partnership not a seller/customer relationship. Ram was completely transparent about the entire process upfront including pricing. They did not ask for anything contractually until both sides were confident that the home that would be built met their quality standards and our wants & budget. The Ram design staff made the process of design and selections very easy for us. Communication and organization was great throughout the project. We would absolutely recommend Ram to friends and family who are in the market.

I would definitely recommend RAM. We did a second story addition and the design was beautiful. We were able to maximize the space upstairs thanks to the design, which was more space than other company's said was possible and more than we imagined. We received many compliments on how well it was done. As with any project this big we had some issues along the way but were satisfied with RAM rectifying the problem. We will (and have already) recommend RAM to anyone looking to build or renovate. All of the employees were a pleasure to work with. Thanks for our beautiful home!
