Bath by Design

Terrible experience. Very small bathroom is not finished after 6 months. No owner supervision. Many things had to be redone. No accounting of money spent on project yet a statement was made that it cost double the invoice, i.e. $20,000. The countertop, sink, faucets, shower fixtures and glass door have not even been purchased yet and cabinets are only half done after 1 month. Kept asking for advance payments. After close to $10,000 and 6 months we have no bathroom. Owner will promise anything but his words are meaningless—never does what he says he will or when he says it will be done.

Very poor communication start to finish. They had to redo places 3 times and the tiles still don't line up. Left the shower covered in grout and filth. Left places ungrouted. Damaged a countertop unrelated to the project and were unsuccessful in making it right. Horrible job.
