Lin is a true visionary. His entire team takes tremendous pride in their work. I had Tony as the Project Manager, and he's exceptional. I renovated...well, more like rebuilt an entire house other than three walls, which were intentionally left to grandfather the existing property lines. The project was more expensive than initially estimated, largely due to the cost of goods rising with the pandemic. I'm super pleased with the house. It's a modernized, beautiful beach house, completely gentrified from the former worn-out depleted place. This team is above board with the contracting model. They show you all the expenses and are above board on their costs, meaning the percentage they take relative to sub-contractors. I never for a second wondered about the expenses, as much as I was frustrated (like everyone else) with the 'price of lumber and steel' :) I highly recommend Rellion Homes and hope to do another project with them again.

Rellion Homes has helped me several times over the years with projects in my home. Each time I receive a pre-work bid and we agree to that from the start. They have always honored their bid! The quality of their work is exceptional. They think of all the little details a homeowner may not think of like tile borders and matching molding. Their crew is polite and on-time. You don't always get that with sub contractors!! Of course, remodeling can be a mess, but the crew cleans up after themselves. I've never been left wondering about the status of the various projects. Their communication is above-average. I highly recommend Rellion to anyone considering a remodel! Top quality!

We worked with Lin He and Rellion, Inc. on a property in Newport Beach, CA. The home was a 1963 Mid-Century Modern that needed updating and rejuvenation. After Lin purchased the property with owner financing, he designed and built a beautiful new masterpiece that complemented the original style with new grace and luxury. We are very proud to have played a role in adding to the home's role in the neighborhood, and delighted to see the rewards of Lin's hard work. The financing was handled with pure professionalism, and the process was a pleasure every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with the whole Rellion team and will definitely use them again for future construction projects. Their scope was pretty significant, adding a new unit to my house along with a significant "facelift" of the existing house. The construction process took about 7 months with minimal delay and the end result looks fantastic! It not to say the whole process went perfectly as you can anticipate for a major construction job, but the Rellion team was always responsive and respectful and most importantly made things right with no hassle at all. Tony the project manager was amazing throughout the whole process, and Lin the company owner has a lot of integrity and runs a very respectable company, something that can be all to rare in the construction industry. In all, the Rellion team was nothing but professional, fair and responsive. Thanks for my "new" house!

Very pleased customers! Rellion had two months to complete a partial renovation on our home and did so brilliantly. Contractor Lin He, designer Helena Zann and project manager, Tony Martinez, were constantly updating us while they researched, designed, and built a wine storage nook, entertainment wall, new kitchen countertop and island, new marble fireplace, completely redesigned bathroom and new flooring throughout the house. They also replaced all the hardware, painted the entire interior and designed and installed a gorgeous built-in barbecue. We are admittedly picky customers and their designs and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Helena was such a pleasure to work with. She made a point to be available each day to discuss, draw and fine tune design ideas, listening openly and offering knowledgable guidance with terrific attention to detail. She was able to find exceptional stone slabs and other materials for our project. Tony was great at problem solving, paid close attention to detail and was considerate and courteous at all times. Lin was committed to helping us keep within our budget and always offered complete transparency of all costs. We are absolutely delighted with Rellion's work, will definitely use them again and wholeheartedly give them a 5+++ rating. Thank you, Rellion!!
