We hired Rinek Homes almost a year ago today and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Charles and his wife, Jeanne, are very knowledgable, creative and work well with the customers. Our expereince was seamless, the sub contractors were all professional and the build time was a steady flow (meaning someone was constantly working on the property). Rinek Homes is a ONE stop shop for exterior and interior designs (this is where the fun begins and creative juices flow). We not only have a BEAUTIFUL Key West Style home, but we gained a few friends along the way! Thank you Rinek Homes and sub contractors, we are one very satisfied customer!!

Charles and Jeanne Rinek completed our custom home April 1, 2007. Linda and I did not have one item on the "punch list." The home was on budget, timely and with no issues. The home exceeded our dreams and the entire experience was enjoyable to the max!

I chose the Rinek family to build our home because they have a solid reputation in the county. We set the bar high and needed an experienced builder who could take our vision and make it a reality. The building process was exciting, and we had lots of options to choose from during the process. When our home was complete we felt it was all we had dreamed of and it surely exceeded our expectations.

Rinek Homes does quality construction and has quality subcontractors. We did a major kitchen remodel and were thrilled with the work each and every person did. Charles and his wife Jeanie are a great team. They were able to translate our vision into a lovely design that was functional and absolutely gorgeous. They use high quality products, such as the Executive Cabinetry. The new layout that Charles proposed opened up our kitchen and greatly improved the flow. (We both like to cook and there was plenty of new space for us to work). Jeanie was great at advising us on color and selecting fabrics, furnishings, lighting fixtures and the rest. Rinek had a great finished carpenter who built in a lovely window seat and storage for our eating area. They were on time and reliable. Workers showed up when scheduled. Faith kept us informed all status and next steps. You know you have a good contractor when a challenge comes up and they solve it readily. No project this big is without its challenges, but Charles and Jeanie solved each and everyone of them. I would DEFINITELY recommend them!

Another bonus with working with Rinek Homes is the personal designer attention provided by Jeanne Rinek. Jeanne spends countless hours going over the details and designs for everything interior from cabinets, flooring, paint colors, etc. The Rineks have carefully chosen a team of professionals who make the project seamless. These include electricians, pool/spa builders, painters, cabinet/carpenters, landscapers, to name a few. All of the companies chosen have been very professional and personable. This is the third home we have built. We expected the same/usual builder mistakes and excuses.....we are so happily thankful we have built with Rinek Homes and have not experienced anything negative. I completely remodeled my home 4 yrs. ago with Rinek Homes at the helm. They worked well with the architect, other designer and me during the year long overhaul and were creative, hard working and great at trouble-shooting. Eventhough I had to deal with a very tragic family event during the process, they were understanding and did all they could to help me complete this big project. I am sooo happy with my "new" home!

Charles and Jean worked on a project to update features of prior construction on our Hammock Dunes condominium including kitchen and then master bathroom. and living room. Then Jeanne was in charge of decorating and furnishing the condominium. The end result nothing short of magnificent. This was all done with us in Pennsylvania communicating via emails and sample books. Charles was Frank in recommendations as to what would update the condo and also what was "too pricey" to consider . The work was carried out seamlessly . Jean communicated with us about our son and daughters likes and dislikes and dislikes. The draperies, pillows, bed spreads were all custom made. The look is stunning. To top it off Jeanne asked me to send the sheets and towels ahead imagine coming into your brand new luxury condo with beds made with fresh linen and towels in respective bathrooms. I thought I died and went to heaven. They are both consummate professionals but also great human beings . I would recommend them highly and without reservations
