We have been been clients of Ruah Gardens for a little shy of a year. Shayan and his team are consummate professionals. We had recently completed a total front yard landscaping renovation, when one of the coldest winters in recent Florida history hit. Shayan came in and quickly assessed the situation and crafted a well-thought out plan to remedy the damage. His prompt evaluation of the situation insured the viability of our landscaping. He incorporated additional flowering plants and shrubs to complement the overall project’s aesthetics. His eye for color and location of plants and shrubs within the existing dimensions of the project was spot on; even coming back to transplant certain flowers to maximize their ability to flourish and thrive. We have received glowing compliments from neighbors. We would not hesitate to recommend Ruah Gardens.

Dean came out to my house and gave me a photo of a gorgeous garden drawing. He drew out what was going where and everything was green and had plants. What I actually got was no where near it. He did not do any edging so my mulch was blowing out, did planted almost dead looking plants that were not the size he stated he was using. One of the flowers he had planted about 6 or 8 of them was blooming at my local Ace hardware but what he planted was barely there and no blooms. I hope I am able to attache photos here but stay away. He guarantees his flowers for a period of time, stated he was going to come back out in 6 weeks to trim and take care of what he planted. Nothing! Good luck getting him to return any phone calls or texts once you pay him. He also did not put anything down to stop the weeds from growing.

Jamie is very professional, knowledgeable and detail orientated. She spent countless hours developing a design and incorporating our input. We were kept informed throughout the entire process. This was a pretty major project and we are very pleased with the final results and receive many positive comments from our guests and neighbors. Even after the work was complete Jamie continued to follow -up to make sure we were satisfied. We can not say enough good things about our experience with Jamie, Bree and the entire team.

Terrible service. Cost over 7000.00 for very little work. Sloppy work. A lot of plants died. No one on the crew could speak English. It was all very unorganized. Would NOT recommend for anyone.

Kathy's Creative overpromised and underdelivered. The proposed design showcased large, lush plants intended to enhance the home's curb appeal and expedite its sale. However, what was actually delivered were small, unimpressive plants that fell far short of expectations. When I raised concerns about the discrepancy between the marketing materials and the delivered results, as well as the pricing, Kathy responded by filing a lien against my property. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I strongly discourage anyone from working with this company. Their tactics feel misleading and unprofessional, akin to "catfishing" in the business world.

We purchased three pineapple plant from this farm. They arrived dead. There was no saving them. We reached out to the company and provided photos. They pretty much told us tough luck and to deal with the post office about the issue. It was not the post office's fault. They were mailed in a regular envelope with NO protection whatsoever. You just lost what could have been a returning customer. Extremely disappointing for a small family run farm to be out that money with no product to show for it.
