We were referred to AR Design Group and its principal, Ali Rouhani, by our architect for our ranch reno project, Seth Ballard. Ali's bid for our complete remodel (we only retained the original exterior walls of the house and the unfinished basement) was the lowest, which is not to say we got any less for our money than had we gone with one of the higher bidders! Ali has been a pleasure to work with and we have been very impressed with the quality of work of all of his subcontractors. He has been very responsive to any and all issues that have arisen during the course of this major project, and he regularly provides progress updates to us, which we really appreciate. Perhaps most importantly, we feel that Ali is completely honest. An added bonus to working with Ali is that he owns a tile business as well, so we've gotten great advice, wholesale prices, and impeccable installation on all of the tilework in our three full baths. We can recommend AR Design Group without any reservation. A.R.Design designed and built our house in 2011 and delivered in 2012. They provided us with suggestions and design ideas that fit our needs and did all of this with the budget in mind. They were able to install high quality equipment, interface with third party providers and really deliver a high quality finished product. I first heard about A.R. Design Group, Inc. from my best friend, who had her house built with them the year prior. I needed to build a new home with particular requirements, which cookie cutter builders could not provide, so I interviewed a few "custom" builders, and finally chose to settle with AR Design. They are truly custom builder! You have to choose everything! The president, Alex Rouhani, was very knowledgeable, artistic and very accommodating for wishy-washy customers like me. (Make sure you detail your wish list). The staff, particularly Abbas, was a joy to deal with. He has an answer for everything (if you bug him enough), and always with a smile. Their flexibility, patience, attention to details and beauty resulted in a very pleasant build out process, an unsurpassed quality and most importantly, our amazing dream home!
