Royal Quartz & Stone Inc

My wife and I hired Royal Quartz and Stone to do our quartz countertops in our kitchen. It is a large kitchen and we paid a large some of money for it. We dealt with Brandon and Peter. 3 years later the undermount kitchen sink has become unglued / separated from the countertop, etc. At the time I asked what was the chance of the undermount sink becoming a part and the seams. I was told that never happens etc and the glue that they use was the best in the business etc and not to worry and if it does happen call them and they will fix it. Now they refuse to fix it!! Only to predictable and the usual excuses. I'm sure it is common and can not be that expensive to fix it. It has become apart and they refuse to fix it their poor workmanship. There is nothing on the bill regarding a warranty etc They promise you everything to get the job. It should not become apart in a short period of time in normal use. There are no kids just my wife and me. They are used to deal with builders and not the individual person. Did not know that detail the time. Most good reliable and standing companies will and would try to help you. I have given them the opportunity and have gone personally to their place. I do not recommend this company!

Royal Quartz & Stone did the stone work for our new build in our kitchen - island, counters and desk - and for three bathrooms - counters, tub decks, and shower. We are very pleased with the work that they did. They worked with us to find the right stone. They were timely, very cordial, did beautiful work, and were well priced compared to the competition. Follow-up service has been great, and I would not hestitate to recommend their services.
