London Custom Homes

We recently completed a major update of our home with Rupert of London Custom Homes, and we are so happy with the end result. We could have never imagined such a positive remodeling experience when we started. Rupert’s project management, customer service and attention to detail are superb. He is very easy to communicate with and is vested in a high quality result. He was great about saving us money wherever it was possible but was open and honest in the areas he felt we should not cut corners. Our project included flooring and paint throughout the house, kitchen cabinets and countertops, window and appliance replacement, master bath redesign, secondary bathroom updates (3), stairwell renovation, lighting/fixture/hardware updates and the addition of interior brick in our kitchen area. We also removed an interior wall which required the installation of a new in-ceiling support beam and some adjustments to gas and plumbing lines in an exterior wall. Rupert proactively guided us in both construction and design elements along the way – and greatly improved upon our initial vision of the project. He employs a highly skilled and very professional team of subcontractors who have known each other for years and work together extremely well. They were, honestly (and despite the noise and construction dust along the way!), a pleasure to have in our home. Rupert was onsite engaging and problem solving with them on a daily basis; the mutual respect they all have for each other was easily seen. Collectively, Rupert and his team imparted confidence and trust, and they did amazing work for us! Thank you Rupert, and thanks to your entire team. We are thrilled with our remodel and will enjoy it for years to come.

We were exceptionally pleased with the results of our project which involved the removal of walls, updating cabinets, floors, electricity and plumbing. Rupert of London Custom Homes was great to work with, honest and dependable. Most impressive was his ability to listen. His main concern was that we would be pleased with what he delivered. Rupert is fabulous to work with. Our home flooded in Harvey, Rupert came out the day we were able to get back into the house to set up a crew for demo. Although this renovation was entirely unplanned, we were able to update the house and repair damages in a timely manner. Rupert is an excellent communicator--he responded to my questions promptly. The quality of his work is outstanding. In addition to providing quality subcontractors, he insured that they were on the job when needed a difficult task during this busy time. Throughout the project, he thoughtfully provided input to improvements. He made the process of rebuilding smooth and was a fantastic throughout our project. I highly recommend working with him.

We started with London Custom Homes (LCH) in a wet and filthy house and end in a home better than ever! In comparison to others, we immediately could sense Rupert's confidence in dealing with our rebuild, and having the knowledge to get the job done right. He spent time with us, as much as we needed, and we never felt pressured or rushed with our (hundreds of) questions. Rupert always had time for us. Always. Our road to recovery was seamless under Rupert's command. His ability to manage a project is superb. You see a lot of him on the day to day. He is extremely hands on and is a man of his word. The quality of work is top notch, and his attention to detail is second to none. I'm about as type-A as they come, but in a very short time, under one of the most stressful experiences in my life, I found myself able to relax. I was lucky to find Rupert for my project and strongly advise anyone to consider him for your own project. He was helpful throughout the process from offering design options to changes throughout the project that made the end result better. Rupert is very "hands-on" and manages his subcontractors well. Good communicator. I am very happy with the result.
