We hired All Square for a significant addition and outdoor living project at our home, and after going through the entire construction process with them, we can confidently say they did exceptional work. This was a large and complex project involving a substantial addition to our home, covered outdoor living space, and the coordination of numerous architectural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finish details. With a project of this size, we quickly learned that the people managing the job every day are just as important as the quality of the construction itself. That was one of All Square’s greatest strengths. Our Project Manager, Joseph, and Superintendent, Chris, were outstanding. Communication throughout the project was excellent. They kept us informed about what was happening, what was coming next, and decisions we needed to make. When questions or issues arose, they were accessible, responsive, and worked with us to find solutions. What impressed us even more was that Joseph and Chris didn’t simply execute the plans. They brought their experience and ideas to the project. There were numerous times when they suggested a better approach, identified something we should consider before work progressed, or helped us think through a design or construction decision. Those suggestions genuinely improved the finished project. As homeowners, you don’t always know the questions you should be asking, and having a team proactively looking out for the end result was extremely valuable. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional as well. We wanted the addition to feel like it had always been part of our home rather than looking like an addition, and All Square accomplished that beautifully. Any construction project of this magnitude will have changes, unexpected issues, and decisions along the way. To us, one of the best measures of a contractor is how they respond when those situations arise. All Square consistently worked with us to get things right rather than simply getting things done. Ryan has built an excellent team, and Joseph and Chris represented the company extremely well throughout our project. There is a tremendous amount of trust involved when you turn a major portion of your home over to a contractor for an extended period of time, and All Square earned that trust. He was ready to accomplish whatever needed to be done, and would show up with pen and paper, ready to notate whatever needed follow up. It felt like his answer was yes, what was the question…meaning he would make our requests happen. He was professional and worked with all subcontractors. There was so much attention to detail and communication. Carpenters: Tommy Hall, Rambo, Jake Holladay, Josh Holladay: I cannot say enough about these guys!! What a team. They were in our home daily. They showed up daily, and early. As they worked, their conversations and laughter were delightful to listen to. They have fun working together but not at the expense of losing focus! Overhearing them talk, their working through how they were doing what the task at hand required and even how they called out numbers and measurements to each other was amazing. Their energy made for the “during” of the project to be enjoyable and for that, we are most thankful. Professional, quality work, came in on time and within budget. Online construction management portal kept me up to date throughout. This is my second project with All Square - I came back because they stood by their work to fix a problem on the first one. The second one came through even better (perfect dare I say) and now, I'm never going any other place else again. Highly recommended!

Where do we start? We cannot say enough that covers how amazing Ryan and his team are. They did a remodel for our master bathroom, master closet, and a new addition for our upstairs lounge area. Ryan Taylor and his team have completed a gorgeous first floor and basement level studio renovation to our home. In addition they added a full screened-in porch and back deck off the rear elevation of the house. All Square Contracting was highly recommended to us by a neighbor and we were not disappointed. They were a professional group from start to finish. Chris Anderson and David Villegas, our hands on project managers, were exceptional. The work team were all friendly, courteous and hard working. The 8 to 10 month time frame they gave us for the renovation was spot on. What we appreciated most was the high level of continuous communication and the excellent work ethic and quality of workmanship that All Square delivered. One of us (the homeowners) is a creative artist who was very hands on during the process. The studio especially is his bailiwick, but he had opinions and ideas about everything about the renovation. I recently had the pleasure of working with All Square Contracting for a large, whole home renovation and outdoor living addition. They were referred to me by my designer (Lori with plan + design inc.) and I couldn't be happier with the results and my experience with the team. They transformed my dated 90's home, making my dream home a reality! The project included a completely new kitchen with new footprint, brand new wood stairs flipped in the opposite direction, a 2-story floor to ceiling fireplace in the main family room, a new bathroom in what used to be a 2-story foyer, refresh of 3 additional bathrooms, a new outdoor living space with full stone fireplace, new flooring, new lighting throughout... The team was professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. When there were issues, they were dealt with immediately and resolved to my satisfaction. We contacted All Square for an estimate on a bonus room and basement build out. We had recently moved into our new home and wanted to complete the unfinished items. Micah came out numerous times along with his team and walked us through the potential project. While not the cheapest, he was the most thorough and his reputation (my wife knew someone who had used him before) was what sold us on utilizing his company. We very much liked that All Square provided an on-site supervisor (Cary) during the total project. Cary along with David were exceptional and qualified individuals who were clearly working with the subs Micah used and making sure the project was completed correctly. Upon completion of the project, Micah and his team went over everything with us until we were satisfied. We cannot emphasize the professionalism of the entire All Square team (subs included) and the work that was done. We now have our complete dream house and could not be happier.

We asked All Square Contracting to act as a third party advisor given the quality issues we were experiencing with another contractor on our home renovation project. We met Ryan and the All Square team given we used 9 on Main for architectural, interior and cabinet design services (both businesses are under one roof). We could not have successfully completed our renovation project at the quality level we were expecting without the sound and practical advice and support Ryan provided. He found quality issues we never would have spotted, gave us practical remedies to communicate to our contractor and helped us understand realistic costs and timing for those remedies. He was patient, answered all of our questions and was a helpful sounding board along the way. We strongly recommend Ryan and the All Square team's services. You will not be disappointed.
