Sako Construction & Remodeling LLC

Sako’s team was very professional and did a fantastic job to install a vinyl fence and a gate at my property. They did the job fast and professionally. I would highly recommend his team to anybody who wants to do any construction project.

Sako was there for me during an insane tight move-in schedule. I had just purchased a condo in Maryland and kept getting ghosted by unprofessional contractors and companies. Even Angi was about to send me three different contractors over three days which is a recipe for disaster. I took advice from a worker at my local Home Depot and they told me to get in touch with the Maryland location to find a good painter. Sako called back in literally five minutes or less from the time Home Depot took down my information. I was immediately confident my project would be finished on time after speaking with the owner. Sure enough, by the time I completed my drive from Colorado to Maryland, my new condo was beautifully repainted and smelling fresh for my move in a day later. Yes. A day later. Very aggressive schedule but this contractor made it happen. No surprises with my payment or final totals; any additional paint needed was communicated to me and they protected the property from paint drippings very thoroughly and cleaned up every last piece of equipment and trash before leaving. I could not recommend them enough and will definitely use this contractor for future projects.

Great paint job on my entire house at an affordable price. The pros completed the work well and without any issues. Love my new paint colors!

Sako construction is one of the best general contractors we've worked with. The entire team tactfully delivered a project of exceptional quality while staying on schedule and under budget. We hope to work with Sako again in the near future.

Sako completed a full bathroom renovation project for me. They did a great job with the work and very pleased with the end results. They were professional, respectful, flexible, and finished the project in a timely fashion.

I hired them to build a deck and I am very happy with their work. Mr. Sako is very prompt in responding to questions and concerns and in taking care of issues. He gets the job done. I will definitely use them again for future conversation.
