“VKB installed two new bathrooms in my house. The Master Bathroom and the Basement half bath. Things went very well. The workers were punctual, hard working and really knew their craft. The supervisor ( Jason) checked on us each day to see if we had any concerns.. The workers were clean, polite and left my house each day the way they found it. They workers only took a break for lunch. Within a week and a half the bathrooms were complete. The designer Amanda was excellent. She not only designed the room but was there throughout the process if we had any questions. The materials used to create the bathrooms were of top quality. More importantly, everyone involved in the project, Jason, Amanda, and the workers were very honest, easy to talk with and treated us with the upmost respect. I highly recommend this company without hesitation. I would consider them one of the BEST contractor I have ever worked with.We will be using them in the future for other projects.”

“We've had two jobs done by Tom and Bev and been more than pleased with both. The initial job was a remodel of an existing home office/guest room and adjoining bath. Three years later we engaged them again to replace our dilapidated garage with a two story free standing garage/shop and upstairs studio/guest quarters. The latter project has elicited praise from all the neighbors, and many passersby have stopped to inquire who did the work. In both of these instances we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of both Beverly the architect and Tom the builder. Bev really listened to our concerns and worked with us to try out different approaches until we found the design that fit our needs and desires for the space, giving helpful advice and pointing out things that we would not have noticed until too late. She shepherded the project through the permitting and inspection process, making sure that no issues with setback or height restrictions arose. Tom was involved in every phase of the construction, dealing with suppliers and subcontractors as well as keeping us informed with daily email updates on progress made, problems encountered, and what the next step would be. He worked with us to achieve our design goals while staying within budget. Living in a construction zone can be stressful, but Tom's crew were great. The guys take very real pride in what the create. They went about their business with a minimum of mess and were always careful to keep the disruption contained. At the conclusion of the garage job we had an open house and invited the carpentry crew and their families. I would not hesitate to recommend Beverly Thomas LLC for one second and have done so many times.”

“95 Custom Construction renovated my downstairs, kitchen, upstairs, front and back porch and upper deck and will be using them again when I am ready to have my basement renovated. I simply enjoyed working with Mr. Stephen Alves and his workers on this project. They made the work completely stress free, and worked around my pet's schedule. I did not have to send them to one of my family members home while they worked; and even they enjoyed having them around! They did a phenomenal job on my home and I am overjoyed with happiness at the completed project! I did not have any idea of how I wanted my kitchen or bathroom designed and just talking with Mr. Alves a few moments, he was able to give me design ideas for both and it turned out great. He knew exactly what my personality was and what design I would like and dislike. The workers were very respectful and at the end of the day, they ensured everything they moved out of place was put back in place or placed somewhere my pets couldn't get to. 95 Custom Construction was a blessing to me!!”
