I did the framing and sheetrock trying to save a dollar and ended up making the job a lot more difficult for Garrett. He squared everything up and with over 35 pieces, he made my mess look fabulous!! I highly recommend asking for Garrett for the install of your project.

They messed up our new shower. The wall is bowing 1/2 inch and used white caulking instead of translucent. Looks like a DIY project. Owner came out to see it and said it could not be fixed and that sometimes a wall will bow out because of temperature changes?! False. He gave no solutions and would not commit or even offer a discount. Left us hanging. I paid for our other shower and refused to pay for the messed up one until they discounted the price. They finally gave a 350.00 discount on an over 2000.00 charge for the shower. Two days after getting the new invoice, the corner leg shaving step shelf fell off the wall. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing from them to come and fix it. They do NOT have good customer service or care about customer satisfaction. According to their installer, poor communication within their own company. He had installed one side of the shower and I just happened to be home from lunch to tell him it was incorrect. He almost did the shower completely wrong after I had visited their showroom 3 times to verify plans. Would not recommend this company.

Recently had Sand and Swirl do a complete shower for me. Everything went perfect. I appreciated their scheduling. On time, respectful of my home and of me. The workmanship was excellent. I personally worked with Jake and Brittany (and the phone) at the showroom. Wonderful people to work with. Jake was very helpful and that Brittany is priceless!! The pricing was very good and I definitely got what I asked for. I will always recommend them. It was a pleasure!

This company is all around AMAZING!! We are building a new home and these guys were VERY efficient, friendly, on schedule and helpful! We are so pleased with our beautiful walk in showers and tubs!!! Thank you all so much!

Great to work with. Gave my wife great ideas and colors and very knowledgeable. Install was quick in 2 days and looks amazing. The installers were respectful and nice and did a great job, above and beyond. Our walk in shower is big! it is 7 feet on the one wall, 5 feet on the other and then the glass door and 52 inches wide with a full 52 inch bench. Used a "bob border" at around 6 feet tall that looks great and eliminates a seam. only 1 vertical seam straight up from the bench, so it is awesome looking
