DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen - Utah

DreamMaker recently completed a remodel of our master bathroom. We needed help from the design options to tile and paint selection. Heather was an amazing help in the design process. Then Kevin, the project manager, and Brad saw to it that the demolition and reconstruction went forward on time and with great quality. There were workers there every day until our job was completed, on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the outcome and give DreamMaker our highest praise and recommend them to anyone who wants top quality at a fair price. Thanks everyone, a 5 star performance!!! After contacting several companies, we chose DreamMakers to remodel the kitchen in our retirement home in an area not ordinarily served by DreamMakers. All planning and materials selection had to be done via email since we are work/live in Europe. Nate shepherded the design process and scheduled the entire project to occur when we were in Idaho on vacation. He facilitated all the selections including those which had to be altered due to unavailability after having been selected months earlier. The two installers (Kevin & Jeff) came and worked really long hours (sometimes 14 hours a day) to complete the project while we were in the states. Their work was unbelievably meticulous and professional. We have had extensive experience with European stonecutters and builders, none of whom could compare to the amazing tile installment involved with our kitchen project done by Kevin & Jeff. All the DreamMaker staff were pleasant, patient, and available to deal with any questions and/or concerns which arose. The project came in exactly on budget, on time and was more beautiful than we could have dreamed. We will definitely call on them again when we are ready to refurbish our bathrooms. They were fabulous!!

We worked with DreamMakers for our high end kitchen remodel that included tearing down a wall between the kitchen and dining room and enclosing the patio going into the kitchen and garage. The work is beautiful and we love it every day!! I can't say enough good about the job they did for us. We decided on using them when we saw the handicap bathroom, bedroom & guest bathroom they did for friends of ours. From the first moment we spoke with them, throughout the job and even a year afterwards we loved working with them. We know it is a professional relationship but it feels like old friends and we will definitely use them when we are ready to remodel our master bathroom. They responded to our needs, timeline, and questions immediately and were always respectful, fun, and worked with us. After reading about so many nightmares with contractors and remodels, I wasn't sure what to expect since this was our first major remodel. I have nothing bad to say at all. If they were going to be an hour late, they would call and tell me. I had a schedule of the job and they would always let me know what sub-contactor would be there and when or if anything on the schedule changed. I also want to say that all the sub-contractors they work with are of the highest quality and I would recommend any of them as well. I think all of these factors combine to give you the best product. Our sheet rock, paint, flooring, tile, cabinets, marble, and electrical were the absolute best and I would (and have) reused them for any other work. The plumbers were great and had to move the gas line and put in 2 sinks but we were not pleased with a follow-up appointment we had with them. In fairness, they sent a different guy than the guys who had done the kitchen work and I don't think he knew what he was doing at all. When I told DreamMaker of the issue/problem, they promised to follow it up as they do not like their customers unhappy with any of the workers they recommend and use. DreamMaker may not be the cheapest - I'm sure they aren't but they probably aren't the most expensive either. And yet, I think their professionalism, commitment, timeliness in completion, excellent quality in all this work speaks volumes for a recommendation. There are so many factors to a major remodel from how they interact with you, the products and subcontractors they use, their word on work and scheduling, the relationships you establish and the superb quality of their work. I truly have nothing negative to say and would gladly recommend them and provide any other information anyone requests on their work.

The best experience that I've ever had with a remodel. Nate's attention to detail and the ability to help me through the vast selection offered me was invaluable. The timely manner in which each part of the project was completed was amazing, thanks to Brad. Great experience!

Everything they said they would do, they did. Came in on budget and they were easy to work with. Everyone was professional and we were always kept informed as to the status of the project. When we had an issue with the countertop installation, they took care of the problem within a few days. I would use them again for any project I decided to do.

We LOVED having Dream Maker remodel our kitchen. Nate got us started with the design work and checked in periodically to make sure things were coming along as planned. There were a couple of times where someone didn't come the day they were supposed to, but Nate made some phone calls and let us know the challenges that some of his workers were having doing other jobs. He was always positive and professional. The job was completed on time and we'd use them again if we decided to remodel a bathroom.

We have used DreamMaker for two projects -- two bath remodels and a Kitchen/Family room remodel. We are over joyed with both projects. DreamMaker is easy to work with, provide excellent design, they do superior work and they finish on schedule and budget. We could not be happier with the results and picking DreamMakers to do them. The two projects were done about a year apart. The date below is for the latest Kitchen Family room project. The cost provided was per project. We highly recommend DreamMakers for any remodel project.
