Sarana Tile

In my new built project, I selected Sarana Tiles for my main entrance, all 4 bathrooms, mudroom and the accent wall for the fireplace. When I visited, I was very impressed with the many varieties. The sales person, John, introduced to me two fabulous tiles for my hallway and ensuite bathroom. John is very knowledgeable about tiles and wood flooring. The flooring he introduced to me was the most authentic and beautiful wood floor, which I chose for my house later on. Although it was only a 30 mins visit, as the store was about to close, I was able to make a deposit on my very first visit. After a few weeks, I returned to Sarana Tile and met the store manager, Giulio. Giulio is very friendly and highly knowledgeable about types of flooring. He personally helped me choose all of the tiles for my house. I was only planning to pick up main entrance hallway and ensuite bathroom tiles, but ended up purchasing everything there. Giulio even taught me how to match shower floor tiles with wall tiles correctly. The tiles he recommended for me are absolutely gorgeous and inexpensive, which makes them a practical option. Later on, Giulio also helped me arrange shipping on the desired date. When I didn't have time to come to the store again, he was very accommodating and responsive, making the payment process a breeze. I am incredibly grateful for Giulio's service, which went beyond my expectations. Now that I get so many compliments from friends for my tiles, I always share my wonderful experience at Sarana Tile with them!

John at Sarana tile was easy and fun to deal with. First of all I walked in 10 minutes before closing, but he was willing to stay extra time to help me out (before the lockdown).
