I was looking some help with a furniture layout for an odd shaped floor plan. I told them the style/vibe that I was hoping to achieve in our new summer home. Donna and Victoria quickly got to work and were able to send me options that worked perfectly in our space. They were also able to get the furniture in a very quick turnaround time. I honestly loved everything they suggested and am beyond happy with the outcome. Donna and Victoria of Serenity Designs were amazing to work with! Highly recommend !!

Serenity Design was integral in making our new beach house a home. They were able to help me turn my design ideas into reality. I had strong feelings about how I wanted the rooms to look and Victoria (and Donna) were able to steer me in the right direction. Their help involved a lot of things that are not fun: planning layouts, procuring items, managing orders/deliveries and dealing with furniture issues/defects/delays. They did all of this with grace and honesty. They are creative and thoughtful in helping people decorate and design their homes (or refresh them). Highly recommend!!

The Serenity team completed 3 bathroom renovations for me this past winter. Everything turned out perfectly. They were a pleasure to work with as well as being creative, quick and very responsive. I cannot recommend them enough.

This mother-daughter team is amazing! They are great listeners while steering you in the right direction. They are creative and current and can source almost anything you may need. They work within your budget no matter the size of your project and are willing to go the extra mile to make your project perfect. Their showroom is beautiful and full of inspiration ( and to purchase) and their social media is addictive and full of great ideas and tips. I highly recommend the Serenity team for anything from initial design/layout to full-on decorating through finishing touches! We have just completed an 8-month renovation project and now consider them friends AND would use them again. That says a lot!!

We had a lovely experience working with the team at Serenity Design! It is truly a one stop shop for everything you’d need in your home. We were originally sent to Serenity to pick out the tile for our new construction project and were blown away by effort put into understanding who we were and the way we’d like our beach house to look. We ended up hiring them to design out house & they picked out everything..right down to the faux plant on the shelf in the corner!

Serenity Design is an extraordinary organization staffed with professionals that capture the essence of your thoughts. They prepare a comprehensive plan with a design theme, layout and furnishings. They develop alternative options relevant to the design. The staff is easy to work with and are well prepared for meetings. It’s a pleasure to work with them and we highly recommend them.

I have worked with Serenity Design on multiple projects and both Victoria and Donna have amazing design sense. My only issue with them was that everything they picked out for me I loved and had a tough time narrowing them to just one. I would recommend Serenity Design to anyone who is looking for an interior designer who will not only listen to them but also voice their opinion without being forceful if they think you are doing something that you will regret.

We hired the company during the pandemic and had issues with prioritizing our home design over some issues with work related priorities. Serenity then basically fired us and made my daughter and I terribly uncomfortable once we were ready to move forward because we couldn’t move forward fast enough. Terrible customer service.

To help us decorate and furnish our new beach house and to offer design ideas as it was being built, we interviewed several Interior Design companies and selected Serenity Design, Donna Grimes, Ship Bottom, Long Beach Island, NJ. Our house is large with many bath rooms, bed rooms, and activity rooms. Donna was great at showing us various options for materials, designs, furniture, lighting, fans, rugs, window treatments etc. She helped solve special problems like a ceiling design to cover structural details, and specially designed cabinetry. She also recommended very good craftsmen and sub contractors. Donna Grimes really cares. She and her staff work tirelessly to find a solution and satisfy her client. We are very pleased with the finished product and our relationship with Donna and Serenity Design.

Donna and her staff are the best. She is so knowledgeable and knows her decorating. She has a eye for color and pattern. She did a fabulous job at my house which came alive with all her suggestions.

I worked with Serenity Design renovating my family beach house. Donna and Victoria knew the emotional attachment I had to the house and made sure that while we modernized and beautified the space, the integrity of the house remained intact. While every renovation project has its bumps, Donna and her team worked to solve all the issues and get the project done on time! They were great to work with and helped my vision of a modern, comfortable, entertaining friendly home come to life!

We had our main living area, kitchen and two baths completely renovated. Donna and her team were creative, easy to work with and extremely professional. On top of that, we were not in the house when work was being done and when we returned to LBI we were thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Serenity Design and will not hesitate to work with them again.
