I don't understand how they got all these glowing reviews. My experience with them wasn't positive. I found them combative and overly sensitive when we pointed out errors that we found. I finally had to find another firm. Please note, this wasn't about non-compliance with building codes. This was about numerous errors and unresponsiveness on my project. Feel free to use them, but know the risk .. .

I ordered a set of plans and Beth Weber followed up to make sure that I had received the plans with the revisions ordered. Beth was quick to answer my emails and had a wonderful attitude that showed great customer service. I would definitely use their services again.
