My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lundstrom Development has been a Naples Florida luxury home builder for over 35 years. We specialize in custom home building in the Naples and Marco Island area of Southwest Florida. In that span of time, we have built a reputation founded on honesty, integrity, loyalty and trust. Delivering a superior product at a fair price has been our number one priority since day one. We are a family owned and operated, third generation builder. We strive to build using the latest "Green" building techniques to minimize our footprint on the environment. We take pride in keeping our customers abreast of the latest trends and materials. As one of our customers, you will be dealing directly with the owners of the company. Working with Greg Lundstrom of Lundstrom Development was a true pleasure. Everyday we appreciated his professionalism, experience, and positive attitude. The contractors are all first rate and did excellent work in our home. When the occasional setback would arise in our plans, Greg proved to be an excellent problem-solver, and found solutions that were better than the original plans! We had complete confidence in Greg's work and felt that he always had our best interests at heart. We have been in our dream home now for over four years and still couldn't be happier with our experience with Lundstrom Development.

They are loyal, pay is great and always on time, easy to work with Greg and Bob. They have always strive to provide a quality home for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build a house in the Naples and Marco Island Areas.

We hired Greg's company to build a home in Lely Resort. The home was completed in the time frame promised and was remarkable in its quality. There were virtually no "punch out" items that required contractor attention. Our company also builds houses, not in Naples, and this level of quality is unheard of. All of the custom touches we requested were handled professionally and to our satisfaction. We can recommend Greg's company without reservation.

My husband and I decided to commission The Lundstrom Development Company after reviewing numerous homes they had completed in Lely Resort. Their quality work was obvious in their construction and design. We were very pleased with their attention to detail and their desire to work with us in a timely fashion. Our project was on schedule which allowed us to move in for the following winter season . The Lundstroms were always accessible if we had questions or problems during construction . Because we were not in Florida for the entire building process, they kept us up to date on the progress with photos and emails.We have the beautiful Floridian home of our dreams!

Lumdstrom Development is top notch. I own a paver company and have been doing work for them for over 10 years. They are very professional, detail oriented and never settle for anything less than perfect. They are an honest family business. I would highly recommend them

Lundstrom Development built a home for us on Marco Island in 2013. They also helped us design the home and the result is wonderful. Our home was professionally crafted and finished on time and on budget. We found Greg and Bob to be completely competent, completely reliable and completely trustworthy.
