◦I would definitely NOT recommend this contractor. The quality of the work was poor and several aspects of the job were completed incorrectly or with obvious shortcuts. To make matters worse, once problems became apparent, they stopped returning calls and messages. I have windows that don’t work, addition floor 2 inches off that they just sloped, cracked front walkway, poor door installation, etc. A contractor should stand behind their work and communicate with customers when issues arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. A neighbor used Boswell Construction and was very disappointed. Last i heard it was heading to court. Another friend got ghosted by this company. i filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the company didn’t respond to them or me. Next step will be Attorney General. After that will be State licensing board, city inspectors and ultimately the courts unless The owner of Boswell Construction, Shane Boswell, follows thru on what I paid him to do! I believed his promises and got burned. Never got warranty information as promised. Feel free to ask Shane for my contact info before using Boswell Construction. I would be more than happy to show you the poor quality and discuss issues I had with Boswell construction. I will provide updates as this progresses!

We recommend Boswell Construction to anyone. The General Contractor, Shane exceeded our expectations. He walked us through the process every step of the way, he was dedicated to getting exactly what we envisioned, and he was a great communicator. The results were beautiful. We love the newest addition to our home! Thank you, Shane.

I got the home of my dreams with Boswell Construction. The construction is of excellent quality and Shane kept us informed throughout construction. He was honest, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the build. This is a great family business with many years of experience in St Petersburg. There were challenges along the way, but Shane stayed optimistic and kept us going. He was very respectful and patiently explained the process along the way. We would definitely hire him again.
