I first became a fan of Sheindlin Interiors LLC after enjoying Laurie’s daily Instagram stories which are educational and inspiring. My attempt to design my bedroom myself left me feeling like something was missing. It never felt complete but I didn’t know why or how to fix it. I decided it needed a textured wallpaper, but I was unfamiliar with the best way to achieve that. I decided to hire Sheindlin Interiors for a consultation. After meeting with Laurie and explaining my goals, Laurie took over. I knew I was in good hands. She explained the importance of correct tonal value and undertones. Then she had Phillip Jeffries wallpaper samples mailed directly to me. I stuck them on my wall and Laurie helped me select the finalist. She also held my hand through the installation process. I was blown away by Laurie’s attention to detail. I always felt like she really cared about the outcome of my project (vs being only motivated by money.) Laurie is knowledgeable, kind, smart, generous and her passion for interior design is infectious. I would highly recommend Laurie! 5 stars!

Laurie is simply the best! Not only is she talented but very lovely to work with. We moved from a small apartment to a six bedroom home. Needless to say we were totally overwhelmed and lost until we found Laurie. She kept our best interest at heart and made sure we did not make costly mistakes. Putting our home in 3D was also very helpful so we could visualize the design before making big decisions. Laurie’s attention to detail and creativity sets her apart from other designers. We are so thankful we found her.

Laurie is a true find. She is super kind, polite and respectful. She listens to your needs and asks the right questions to understand what you truly need and what will best work for your lifestyle. Her taste is impeccable and she is respectful of your budget. My condo is stunning because of Laurie and I have no doubt that her decisions and selections will hold up in resale. I can't recommend her enough.

Laurie is a dream to work with- between her creativity, passion and ease to communicate with she is the ideal designer to work with. Laurie helped us with our NYC apartment and took it from nice to perfection- we credit her with the multiple offers we received when deciding to sell. She also took charge of our gut renovation out in the Hamptons; taking what was once an eye sore to an escape. Her attention to detail, eye for design and savvy money saving skills have never disappointed…. So much so, we’re using Laurie again for our new place! Something we really appreciated was Laurie’s ease with adapting to different styles. While our NYC apartment was more “her style” in terms of aesthetic, she so seamlessly was able to give us the “wabi sabi” Tulum-beach vibe we wanted out east. In short, Laurie and her team are not only talented at what they do design-wise, but also have the “it” factor to make you feel comfortable all along the design process.

Hands down the best decision we ever made was hiring Laurie and her team. Laurie listens well, and managed the project to perfection. We loved how she showed us the 3D drawings of our home so we could really get a feel for the flow and composition of the furniture. Our home looks bigger, brighter and more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. We would defiantly use again and we highly recommend She-Interiors.

It was a real pleasure to work with Laurie on my kitchen renovation. From the first meeting we had, I knew I was in good hands. She astutely picked up on my needs and taste and steered me in the right direction - helping me choose a stunning combination of cabinets that were compatible with my budget. She was really looking out for my best interest and that trust was established from day one! Aside from the aesthetic aspects of design, she was really on top of the technical aspects of the installation. She made sure to check the computer elevations, meeting with the contractor a number of times, asking lots of good questions, and never timid of pointing out anything that didn't look quite right. I love the fact that she worked really well with my contractor. She is very tactful and respectful in the way she communicates with people. Laurie always spoke in terms of possibilities throughout the project – no matter what the limitations – whether financial or technical. There was never a hint of regret on her lips or in her attitude! She adapted to necessary changes seamlessly, helping me problem solve, while at the same time, encouraging me to think outside the box. Her knowledge, creativity, passion for design, and amicable personality make collaborating with her a win-win situation! I look forward to working with her again in the future!

I can't say enough about Laurie. She designed one of my homes and was so precise and on key with what I wanted. She is so talented and fashion forward while still being in tune with what my clients want and need. She designed the perfect home for me and it sold right away. I can't wait to hire her again for my next project. She is perfect !
