I had vinylume do my roofing in November 2015. Yesterday (Jan 29, 2024) I saw the paint on my ceilling in my great room was peeled. I called Vinylume and the gentleman was so nice and helped me right away. He called Bob and told me that Bob would come to my house in Westport tomorrow Today Bob came. Vinylume Roof is in great condition. The leaks are from my chimney. Bob was so nice . He helped to seal the leaks at the chimney. He showed me the pictures of the leaking area. Bob advised me to find a mason to fix the leaks because there are a lot of loose bricks, thus the water came inside the house. Bob and Vinylume were so nice. He did not complain that this is not a Vinylume roof problem. I am very happy to work with a big company like Vinylume. My roof was guaranteed for 50 years and Vinylume makes me certain that their warranty was a real one. Thank you Vinylume and teams.

We replaced our roof, gutters, windows and had chimney work done. They referred us to someone for the chimney, but completed everything else. Dennis was our contact and he was amazing. He diligently followed up with us throughout the process. When they were done, the site was so clean, it was as if they were never there. I am happy every time I pull into the driveway.

We restored our home and could not be happier with our Vinylume siding. The sales representative guided us to make good decisions, the team did an amazing job of installing our siding and a year later it looks like the day it was installed. Really perfect. I would use Vinylume again in a heartbeat!!!!!!
