Located in New Haven, Vermont Silver Maple Construction was founded by lifelong friends Sean Flynn and Mike Steele. Through the years we have brought our personal values to bear at Silver Maple Construction where we place a strong value on respect and responsibility to the project, our customers, and the environment in which we are lucky enough to live. On all of our projects our number one goal is to meet the needs of our clients. At Silver Maple Construction, we are known for taking ownership of our work. When we are working on a project, whether it be a small addition, a comprehensive remodel and upgrade, or a sumptuously appointed super efficient new home, the details, structure and overall perfection of that project are as important to us as they are to you.To us every home should be a reflection of the owners, how they live, and the environment in which it sits.Listening carefully to your preferences, understanding how you want to live in your space, and considering the existing space you live in helps us understand how to best implement your project. We can work directly with you or with your team to make your dreams come true. Over the years we have built great relationships with a number of architects, designers, and trade subs and we welcome working as part of your team. To us, sustainability and “green building” are not new or revolutionary ideas; they go without saying . The real challenge is in executing a project that is not only on the cutting edge of building technology, but also rich in detail and built with the kind of quality that will span generations. We have a 4,000 square foot wood shop that gives us the ability to produce high-end and high capacity custom built-ins and cabinetry. The shop is conveniently located on the corner of River Road and Route 7 in New Haven, VT for easy loading/unloading of freight.
