Hyo Joel Lee - Co-Founder, Principal, GCS Joel has over sixteen years of experience working in the construction field. He has held positions as a Superintendent, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultant, and General Contractor. Before founding Simcity Construction, he served as a business partner with a large commercial company. Joel missed working closely with clients and being hands-on with his client’s projects. So in 2017, he partnered with Danny Oh to create Simcity Construction, Inc. Since then, his contentment has increased. Sewook Danny Oh - Co-Founder, Principal, GCS Danny is the co-founder of Simcity Construction and has been in the construction field for over 20 years performing all forms of residential and commercial construction. “I have worked in all phases of commercial and residential construction through the years. I take pride in quality work and attention to detail on all of our projects. My grand goal is to impact the design-build services with integrity.”
