We can’t say enough about what Simone did for us. She made us believe staging truly does work! After staging our home to the exact specifications and colours Simone suggested we put our home on the market during a very slow time at the end of January. Keep in mind there were comparable homes in our area that have been sitting on the market for months. Our home went on the market at 8pm on a Monday and on Tuesday morning the phone was ringing off the hook! We had twelve showings in the first 48 hours and our first offer of asking price, no conditions, a half hour after the first people saw our home. By the time the dust cleared we opted for the no conditions $5k over asking but could have gotten a lot more with conditions. If you’re selling, use Simone you won’t believe the results!

Simone gave me EXACTLY what i was looking for - I couldn't believe it. You are great at working within a client’s budget big or small. For me you helped me make economical choices that didn’t compromise the outcome of looking high end. 3. You were extremely flexible in dealing with my crazy schedule 4. I valued your ability to deliver a really cohesive design. On my own, I’ve always felt things were a little disconnected. You are able to tie in those small details that make a big difference. I’ve tried to think of an improvement to suggest but I just can’t find one!! Stick with what you are doing and keep asking your customers how you can improve. That will keep you at the top of your game.

As we had purchased another home, selling our current home quickly and for a good price was a priority.
