Jeff Smith is my brother-in-law first and my designer-builder second. Nevertheless, I feel compelled to share our experience with Jeff as a professional, as well as my fabulous sister Cheryl. We asked Smith Brothers Construction to manage a property we now call home for about a year while we were still across the country. The thoroughness, consummate skill, and sheer dedication with which Jeff and Cheryl and crew took on a variety of major and minor issues that needed to be addressed in our older home was a beautiful thing to behold. My husband and I are so grateful to have the expertise of Smith Brothers behind us, and we've seen the owners in action with a number of clients and projects over the years. Between the two of them, they know everybody, can figure out how to solve any problem, and know how to create anything one's heart desires with beauty and lasting quality. They have built an incredible network of talented and caring professionals who have been a joy to interact with as we have finally moved and continue to improve the property. I rely on Smith Brothers utterly, with full confidence that in partnership we will achieve great results. Mission Pools is a subcontractor that has worked with Jeff Smith and Smith Brothers Construction over the past 20 years. Projects have ranged from new homes on traditional lots to the special engineered homes on the side of a mountain. I hired Smith Brothers Construction to help with a fairly major renovation of a second home - addition of over 3,000 sq. feet of additional indoor space plus major outdoor hardscape.. They were professional, knowledgeable,provided high quality work and most importantly, a very special group of people who provide their services with a personal touch because they truly care about their clients. This was especially important since we live overseas and relied on Smith Brothers to be diligent and raise issues with us in a timely manner. We are also not experienced in these renovations, didn't hire an independent architect, so it was particularly helpful to be able to trust Jeff and Cheryl Smith as they guided us along our project on a wide range of issues from small to large. They are also very nice and helpful with after-project service and even on matters outside of the contract job. I truly felt that we were being looked after and taken care of like friends or family. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend Smith Brothers Construction.

Excellent workmanship, on-time performance, and what service! Jeff still does maintenance and warranty work on our home even though he completed our project years ago. We have built homes in other parts of the country and Jeff is head and shoulders above the other builders we have used.
