I bought a sectional from this site roughly a year ago. The couch broke after less than 2 months. I emailed their support and never got a response. I fixed the couch and continued using it. I am coming up on 1 year with the couch now. It has broken 3 times, and springs are coming through the cushions. I was finally able to get ahold of their support and they told me there was a 30 day warranty and it was essentially too bad and they couldn’t do anything. 0-10 I would never recommend. Sold me a $600 piece of garbage marketed as a couch. Hopefully this helps someone not make the same mistake as me.

The legs completely broke off my couch within 7 months of owning it. Contacted the manufacturer about a warranty and they said it's only 30 days and I'd have to return the couch in its original packaging. Who keeps original packaging for longer than a week? And what manufacturer only has a 30 day warranty on a couch?! Completely unacceptable. Don't purchase anything from SofaMania seller, terrible products and customer service.

Terrible company. Garbage products. And lazy customer service.
I talked to both Ciara and Nikki, and they didn’t even try to help me. After 20 min of back and forth when I said I could leave them a bad review, Nikki said “you go do whatever you wanna do”. Wow!!!!

this is the worst place to order a mattress from i bought a mattress from them August 25th and by September 1st it was still in the same place the tracking number didnt update at all and trying to get in contact with them is the worst they will only message you once per day then i asked to be refunded because the process has been horrible and they still didnt refund me even though they have the mattress tracking saying its been sent back to them

Packaged well. Seats are very thin and hard. Arms were very difficult to put on. Instructions were less than basic. I had to remove the entire dust cover from the bottom to put the thing together. Shipping took more than a month. I do not recommend.

I placed and order and then when I started reading the reviews I became a bit concerned. Therefore, I kept on checking on my package. After noticing that my tracking # was not changing from “Label created” I contacted Houzz and the rep advised me that the Vendor (sofamania) confirmed that my order was already shipped. On the day of the delivery I checked the tracking and nothing updated yet. So, I called Fedex where I was informed that they had nothing for me or being shipped to my address. After many failed attempts to contact the vendor I contacted my financial institution. Then at this time was when I received a response to an email I previously sent stating that the item was not back in stock for another 4-6 weeks. Do not order through this. Customer service reps lie and hang up the phone when you ask to speak with a supervisor. More importantly, your money is automatically deducted and your order is never received on the delivery date. Worse experience

I made a purchase, it says arrived by 1/15 latest. Yesterday, they changed the delivery date to 2 month later without communication! Unbelievable!! I purchased this during the holiday, there was a huge opportunity loss from my side. Horrible service.

Sofa arrived damaged, however I didn’t realize this until I sat down on it for the first time and it caved in.... Their only options are to replace or refund, which didn’t seem too bad until I was informed that I would have to repackage it in its original packaging and get it out to the curb.... I’m a single mom and have had two back surgeries in the last two years, so that’s literally impossible for me to do unless I hire another company to come and do it for me, which I can’t afford. Really disappointed

Ordered a patio couch and table and didn't receive instructions or hardware with shipment . Contacted seller and they want me to pay fir return shipping . I even asked them to just send hardware and still no response .

Horrible service.
I have order a sofa and the listing was saying that the item will be delivered by June 29th the latest. That's was the only reason for my order. However it wasn't shipped by the seller until June 26 and the delivery subsequently was late. After contacting the seller I experienced unsatisfactory customer service.
