Sophie designed our home in San Jose. We wanted a functional space that is children friendly. She helped us select finishes, furniture and performed a color consultation. She truly made the design process exciting and easy. We looked forward to our meetings with her to see what she would come up with. The warm color palette she selected is beautiful! Sophie truly nailed it! Not only did she listen to our needs, she went above and beyond! Our home is is simply stunning yet a space our 6 year old can enjoy.

As a first time home owner I really felt overwhelmed and had no clue where to start. Sophie gave me a complete design consultation and explained the process , what she would do and how everything would go. A few weeks later she started showing me the design based on the ideas that we talked about. She made made it super easy. I truly love the soothing colors she selected, as well as the art work that matched my style. The furniture is stylish yet very comfortable, and she even created a fun little area that is pet friendly for my dog that I love and my dog loves too. One important thing that I wish to mention is that she worked within the budget I allocated to this project. I am proud of my beautiful home and totally recommend Sophie.

Sophie made our remodel a breeze. She took so much time making sure that everything went smoothly and her sub contractors were very professional and knew their stuff. Sophie remodeled our kitchen and updated our flooring and paint color throughout the house. She is wonderful to work with and she really listens to what you want. I would definetly call on her again if I was to start a new home project.

The project cost about 75,000$, it was a furniture and art selection. Green and sustainable. Highly recommend. I am very happy with the work done.

I bought my first home, and was overwhelmed and excited with the project of designing it to truly make it my own. As much as I wanted to take a hands-on approach, I knew I didn't have the time. From the stories I'd heard, I was concerned with what I would have to spend to hire a great designer. I was referred to Sophie by a great mutual friend who swore by her - she'd recently finished work on his new place. We set an appointment, and she and her project manager spent 2 hours with me walking through my condo and taking measurements, and just trying to get to know me and my aesthetic. We set a budget, a timeline and prioritized what things we wanted to accomplish first. She followed-up in a couple days with a Dropbox folder filled with furniture, countertop samples, light fixtures and art. She provided 3-4 carefully selected options for every piece which was enough to provide variety but not overwhelming. Aside from the furniture, she also is a color specialist and we focused on painting several rooms to complement the new furniture and art. My favorite shade is the minty grey green we painted the bedroom. It transformed the space into a little oasis. Sophie actually mixed this shade on her own! We picked out some beautiful new pieces, but I also love that Sophie respected the original pieces I started with that I wanted to keep. We actually worked to re-appropriate many of them. For example, we are converting a vintage dresser into a wet bar by fashioning it with a glass top. This is another area where Sophie's creativity really shines. Sophie has an amazing team of people helping bring her vision to life. She coordinated my walls being painted after we tested several colors on my walls to decide. The painter did a perfect job. She oversaw my furniture being delivered and placed in my condo. I redid my countertops and she got the stone ordered, cut and installed in less than three weeks so my place would be ready for Christmas. My place looks incredible and I couldn't have done it without Sophie. She is so committed to her clients, respects the budget she's given and pushes to finish the project she's been hired for in the timeline discussed at the beginning of the work. I am looking forward to working with Sophie on my next design projects. When it comes to design, she is everything!!

Sophie did an absolutely fabulous job- an incredible style! She was very efficient also and caused a minimum of disruption, please came in on budget- I wold highly recommend her!

Love everything Sophie did to make our home beautiful! My all white walls were changed to a color palette of warm colors which changed the entire look of our home. She also suggested the perfect furniture to compliment the new colors. Our home is comfortable for our lifestyle, but has a sophisticated elegance.

This review is for the redesign of the interior of Serenity MedSpa on the 2nd floor of the 100+ year old 126 Post St building. Sophisticate Interiors' new contemporary, clean design takes maximum advantage of natural light where possible supplemented by LEEDs certified illumination. All materials are eco friendly, in lighter tones with an intriguing mix of textures. The space looks very welcoming and they did a great job at transforming an old, dated space into a very welcoming oasis for patients and an alluring one for potential future clients. I would highly recommend them for residential and commercial projects.
