I'm a Brazilian architect and ID and had the opportunity to work with south bay design center in a few of my projects. The company is very responsible and professional! They have a luxury showroom in the south bay area with kitchen and bathroom displays...it's an amazing place to bring customers to see different finishes and have some ideas.... They do full services... everything under one roof....I will definitely use them again! It's a place to go ..if you are looking for professional design and excellent customer service... check them out.

I was working on a project and someone recommended Polly for my design. I am so glad they did. My experience with her and her team has been a a great journey so far. I don’t envy designers having to hear different views of how things should be but Polly was smooth as silk and very understanding. She is a professional and puts her heart and soul in every project. My husband and I didn’t agree a lot but Polly kept at it to bring both of us comfort. It took a lot of thinking to come up with the perfect designs but she managed to get all my wants in the design and now we are finally ready to move forward! The team is professional and warm. Do not hesitate if you need a designer and team you can count on.

SBDC and Polly Nunes are excellent! After meeting with several potential designers for our kitchen remodel, choosing Polly was an easy decision because she had the most innovative solution for our space that both gave us the counter space we desired and saved our laundry room. She spent a lot of time working with us to help us understand the various elements of kitchen design we needed to consider and ensure we had a design that met our needs as we'll as fit within our budget. Polly has been amazing even after the construction on our project completed! She has been working with our cabinet vendor to ensure they deliver the product we ordered and replace items that we not manufactured correctly due to some manufacturing escapements as a result of COVID. Without Polly's assistance, we would still be waiting on replacement parts. In all, Polly has been fantastic to work with and delivered an extremely high quality design product. We plan on using her again for our next project in 2023!

Polly was the designer for our kitchen remodel and the main point of contact for our project. She is very professional and so helpful. She was always available when we needed help and was very quick to respond to our texts/emails or return our phone calls. She addressed any concerns we had promptly and suggested alternative, createive solutions to problems. Her customer service is amazing and I really enjoyed working with her.

We had our kitchen designed by Polly Nunes and our contractor was Saul. They are both wonderful at their jobs and our kitchen came out absolutely beautiful. I cook often and it is a pleasure to spend time in the kitchen now, enjoying my new lovely cabinets and luxury appliances. Polly did an excellent job designing the kitchen, given the space we had and turned what was a gallery kitchen into an open kitchen concept. Saul was very attentive to detail and responded abruptly to any needs or concerns we had during the remodeling process. His workers were also very polite and careful. All of this happened during the beginning of the Covid pandemic and we were nervous about doing the remodel. It all turned out ok and fortunately there were no major delays in cabinet or appliance delivery. They finished the project in the time expected, about 6 weeks. All in all, our experience with South Bay Design Center was a great, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a place that not only can remodel your kitchen but can design exactly what you’re looking for.

Thank you South Bay Design Center for creating the kitchen I’ve been dreaming of for years! I had the pleasure of working with Polly and Luis and from beginning to end they were professional, organized,and prompt with their service. We were in the middle of covid19, but because we had all of our materials/ appliances ordered they were able to finish in just under 4 weeks! The kitchen was a complete demo/remodel. Polly and Luis were very attentive and kind. Wonderful to work with and great workmanship. I’m very happy with my beautiful kitchen!

I give to Linda Wisch a 5-star rating! She is an excellent designer. Among her qualities are attention to detail, anticipatory thinking, and her organizational skills. Linda is a dedicated designer who is highly motivated and focused. She is a patient, detailed oriented person whose integrity in her work and relating to others is apparent. I will enthusiastically recommend Linda as a designer to my family and friends.

Earlier this fall we chose South Bay Design Center to remodel our dark, outdated kitchen and within weeks we were making use of a modern new space, delighted with the sparkling results. We sat down in September with SBDC's personable designer, Polly, and by mid-October the centerpiece of our home had been transformed into exactly what we had long envisioned: a practical, beautifully updated kitchen that instantly drew a number of compliments. The process was painless from beginning to end, Polly drawing up a fantastic design that included details we hadn't even considered and a diligent construction crew executing it perfectly with no delays. The men and women who showed up each day were thorough, hard-working and respectful of our time and space, always arriving when promised and cleaning up at the end of each day. With this surprisingly rewarding experience behind us and years of entertaining in a charming new kitchen ahead, we would not hesitate to highly recommend South Bay Design Center.

Yes, had a chance working with Ms. Polly Nunes there. She was a pleasure to deal with. Great personality.. She is courteous, amiable and yet truly professional . Very common sense and practicality as well. She's got solid knowledge of her trade as well. I was very happy the way she worked with the space I submitted to her to design.. Putting a new kitchen in is a pain. Hire these good folks and it will be pain free. Great design from the owner. Jordan the project guy has first class communication and follow up. He helped us pick out the cabinets and counter. That process was simple and the kitchen turned out perfect. Everyone on their team was a pleasure to work with. Wow! Is all we can say! Linda at South Bay Design Center was fantastic. I was so glad we chose them to do our remodel. We got such a fantastic kitchen and bathroom remodel. Our kitchen was transformed, and the bathroom is all new and fantastic! Sure there always in a a bit of disruption with remodeling, but they helped make it bearable. We are so happy! And I hope Linda sees this review, because without her we would not have the fabulous remodel we have. Thank You South Bay Design Center.

We worked with Linda at South Bay Design. She was great to work with, very responsive and a huge help in figuring out the best layout for our kitchen. She has a great eye and we are extremely happy with the final results – a beautiful functional kitchen. We used our own contractor for everything but the cabinet & counter top install because we were doing other work but everyone worked together well.
