First, let me say that having a designer who UNDERSTANDS your vision is one of the most valuable qualities to identify in a home renovation project. From moment 1, Shannon took the time to a. listen to what we wanted b. evaluate the space we were hoping to renovate and c. map out multiple paths (and price points) for our project. That was the second thing. There were only honest and upfront conversations about project pricing and timelines. We are about 2/3 of the way through our project and I can honestly state that having Shannon not only help design the vision, but also help source products ideal for our home and vision while ALSO providing project oversight, has helped keep the entire effort on track. For those that live in the area, you know that timelines are a THING down here. Having a team working FOR YOU and WITH YOU versus as they "get to it" makes all the difference in the world! Genuinely excited for this renovation to be completed so we can enjoy our remodeled first floor living area including my European kitchen!!!

Shannon goes above and beyond in every project she works on. She handles everything with the utmost professionalism, and has no shortage of creativity. She also has no shortage of patience!! I am totally unable to picture things without an image or having it drawn out/explained to me in great detail six ways to Sunday-- she took the time to either draw it out or give me a live explanation in my house to describe what she meant. I also had no clue what I wanted in multiple areas- Shannon ran with what I gave her and made magic. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this woman.
