We couldn’t be happier with our new floors! Rudy and his team removed a travertine floor in our kitchen, replacing it with hardwoods. Interlacing the new floor with the existing one that makes up the main level...about 3k square feet. Rudy and his team did an incredible job! The floors look amazing and everyone has commented on how they can’t tell where the new meets the old. I sincerely cannot recommend Atlanta Floor One enough. The water connection to the ice maker came loose on our built in fridge when they moved it, which they could have fixed with a run to the hardware store. Instead, Rudy had a licensed plumber over the next day to replace it with an updated assembly. One they installed with an easy accessed cut off valve at the front of the line... all at no additional cost to me. Courteous, sincere, trustworthy and professional... everyone Rudy employees takes great pride in what they do. I simply can’t recommend them enough!

My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the completed project based on their commitment to the schedule that we needed. There was a full clean up after work was completed and a chance to review any questions prior to their departure. We would recommend this team for any similar project.

We used Atlanta Floor One to remove and replace tile floors and refinish hardwoods. I can't say enough positive things about Rudy and his team. They are the definition of customer service. Rudy and team did a great job on my floors. Not only is Rudy easy to do business with, he and his team are super efficient and the end result are my beautiful floors. They installed new hardwoods upstairs and sanded the downstairs existing hardwoods and then stained them all the same gorgeous dark color. Thank you Rudy!!

The install was simply put - horrible. They installed the tile incorrectly. When I asked the owner "Rudy" to come to my home and look at the floor and damage that was done to my home, he never showed up. there were multiple issues with the tile installation. He has refused to acknowledge the issue. So I have had to persue this matter legally. Please don't make the same mistake as me.

Let me start by saying this: Atlanta Floor One screwed up. As I was closing on my home, I hired Atlanta Floor One to replace my carpet in the office with hardwood floor, and sand, stain and finish all of the existing hardwood floors. Atlanta Floor One screwed up and cut my family room carpet up instead of my office carpet. And I still rate them five stars. They deserve it. When Rudy and another flooring company's representative came and visited my home, I received very similar quotes from both of them. I asked them both for the same thing: To replace the carpeted office on the first floor with wood that matched the existing wood on the first floor, and to sand and stain the light, worn floor, with a darker stain. Rudy came in through the front door, and measured the office, the room on the right when you enter. He measured the rest of the wood areas on the first floor, and we discussed the details necessary to get a quote from him. The other floor company's representative performed a similar assessment. Both provided me similar quotes. My wife and I felt good about our initial impression with both companies and reached out to both confirming what the total price would be for the work if we paid in cash. Both offered a slight cash discount. Ultimately, we e-mailed that afternoon and asked both to call us that evening, torn over which company to pick. Rudy got back to us that night, and earned our business. The other representative did reach out the next day, and was very professional, but didn't reply in as timely a manner. When Rudy's team showed up to deliver the wood they needed to leave in the house for a few days to acclimate, they came in through the garage, and put the wood on the carpeted family room, which is on your right when you come in through the garage. They showed up a bit early, but waited for us as we returned from closing on the house with the key. When Rudy's team showed up to install the wood, again, on time, they entered through the garage. My wife let me know they arrived with a text, and asked in a text, a few minutes later, why they were cutting up our living room carpet. They made a mistake. Rudy had explained that the room they were replacing the carpet in was the room on your right when you walk in through the front door. The new wood was on the family room carpet, which is on your right when you walk in through the garage door. I understand how the mistake happened, but I was extremely frustrated. I called Rudy, he called his team, he let me know it was a mistake, and that he would make it right. As the project went on, Rudy's team did great work. They showed us two samples of stain on the actual floor, and did a great job with the stain we chose. The floor looked amazing after three coats of polyurethane. There were touch-ups needed, they came back and touched up the few major places we noticed initially. There's a small area just inside a closet I don't care about that wasn't touched up, but only because it was weeks before I noticed it. There were a lot of wood pieces all over the basement floor after they finished nailing down the office floor. They said they'd clean that up, but after a few weeks, I ended up vacuuming it up. They left the washer and dryer pulled out from the wall to plug into the 220V outlet, and we didn't want to scratch the floor pushing them back in place so they took up space in the mud room for a while. And yeah, there was some stain on moulding that needed to be touched up. But here's the thing...those are all small details. The two squeaky areas I asked to have fixed don't squeak any more. The old wood looks great now. The new floor is indistinguishable from the old floor. I'm very happy with how my wood floor looks and feels. "But wait!" you say. "With all those details, how can you give Atlanta Floor One five stars?" Here's where Atlanta Floor One really came through. The carpet. Rudy's team screwed up, and Rudy instantly admitted it, and said he would make it right. Rudy sent someone over to patch together the carpet, but it was still clearly patched together and was going to look progressively worse as time went on. I was concerned Rudy was going to try to negotiate a discount off the project instead of replacing the carpet. He did not. Rudy sent over carpet samples for much cheaper carpet than the very high end carpet that had been cut up. My wife was shown those sampled and was asked to choose her color. She picked the color that match, and his team showed up several days later with cheap carpet to install. Fortunately, my mom stopped them before any install, and explained that Atlanta Floor One was not going to replace my very nice carpet with very cheap carpet. There was no yelling or fighting with Rudy, we simply discussed that while the carpet was somewhat old, it was very nice and in great shape, and we'd bought the house with no plans to replace that nice high end carpet. Rudy worked with us to find suitable carpet that my wife and I would be happy with. He asked us to confirm, before he ordered it, that it was what we wanted. He waited while we got samples and then ordered it once we gave the OK. It took a long time from when things started until Rudy finally had the carpet that my wife and I agreed on. A team showed up and did a great job installing it. Rudy himself showed up the next day for final details, like moving the washer and dryer back in place. This wasn't a great project for Rudy, I'm sure he was frustrated by the carpet and the issues it created, but he was always professional, responsive and reasonable. I have a lot of respect for his commitment to do things right. I paid the agreed upon amount to Rudy, and I have absolutely beautiful hardwood floors. My living room carpet looks just like it used to, except with newer carpet. I would gladly spend a bit more to work with an honorable, skilled craftsman like Rudy in the future. He is someone who genuinely will make sure the customer is satisfied, and I highly recommend Atlanta Floor One to anyone looking for hardwood floor work based on my experience with Rudy. If this is how good he is when things go wrong, it's easy to see why Rudy and his company are so highly rated.

We just moved to the Canton area. Without knowing anyone I interviewed a few companies to have my flooring installed I was most impressed with Rudy's professionalism and knowledge. His team did beautiful work installing my Laminate Flooring. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and clean. So far this has been my best decision as far as contract work since we moved to Georgia.

I hired Rudy to refinish our hardwoods on the main level, install hardwoods on the top level, install a runner and do some tile work. He also created a beautiful tile design in the front entryway of my home. Rudy is very easy to work with, his prices are very reasonable and he and his team took excellent care of my furniture during the process. I highly recommend him.

Rudy , Marcus and Ernesto and their team did a fabulous job putting down hardwood floors after eliminating my whole downstairs of tile floors and renovating my entire bathroom. He makes the process of renovating almost easy. I am so happy I found him.

Atlant Floor one replaced the entire floor on my terrace level and did a great job. They also removed old bathroom fixtures and built a new low-step shower for my elderly mother, and installed a granite countertop. Recently, they removed old kitchen backsplash and installed new, updated backsplash. Atlanta Floor One prices their jobs competitively, cleans up their messes, and does very detailed professional work. I have referred many neighbors and friends, all whom have been very happy with their work as well. I HIGHLY recommend Atlanta Floor One, and this is coming from a very discerning client-me!

I had used another company for my main floor installation and there were a few issues that bothered me for the price they charged. I looked around for another option for my basement and found Atlanta Floor One. The reviews were universally excellent, so I called and got an estimate from Rudy. His price was significantly lower than the basement estimate from the other company, and his men came out and did the job perfectly in 2 days. I don't have a single complaint and will be happy to use them again when we have more floor or tile work to do!

I needed to have all carpeting removed from my upstairs and have it replaced with porcelain tile resembling wood flooring. I also wanted the carpet removed from the stairs, and have the risers replaced and stained to match the tiles. As a project manager, I'm a pretty picky guy. I interviewed several contractors for this job and Rudy stood out among all of them. His bid was very competitive, but more importantly, Rudy immediately demonstrated his understanding of the work I wanted completed. He quickly began offering recommendations for techniques about completing the work. Rudy and the team from FloorOne were very easy to work with, and would not accept payment until all work was completed to my satisfaction. Atlanta Floor 1 was a great company to work with. When Rudy came out to measure and give us a price, my husband and I had a lot of questions and concerns. Rudy did a awesome job explaining what is the best way to install our laminate floor at the most economical cost. We had laminate installed on the first floor, they were able to complete the entire job in one day. They also helped to move our heaviest furniture back to their original places. We had a small issue with running out of flooring but Rudy corrected it and got an extra 5-6 boxes at no cost to us!! We also had an issue with some sizes with the holes for the floor grates, it was a little too large and the grates could not cover them, Rudy gladly came back out corrected the situation and also assisted us on replacing a couple of boards that got warped by a wet spot again at no charge. I would gladly use them again for installing flooring for our floors and second floor in the future!

Floor one has done several flooring jobs for us. They have installed hardwood floors to our main floor and laminate flooring to our basement. We were very satisfied and pleased with the results. They completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Floor one for all your flooring needs.

Rudy and his team were fantastic. They worked hard, kept the areas clean, and were very respectful. We had our stairs and the entire upstairs redone in hardwood bamboo (along with an office downstairs in manufactured hardwood) and they were done in 2 days! Rudy was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided great advice on what would work best for our needs. We'd use them again in a second! One recommendation I would have-team up with a great painter. After the installation, we now need to repaint the walls because they're just blah compared to our gorgeous new floors!

Best Service I have ever received from a home improvement company. Trust me...you don't want to start a flooring project without talking to Rudy at Atlanta Floor One. He is very knowledgeable and listens to your needs and doesn't push you into something you may not need or want. The Best thing I like was the fact that he was always very responsive. He stopped by 3 times to look at the scope of work and answer all my questions. Then provided me a quote within 24 hours. He answered his phone or called me back within the same day every time I tried to reach him. Great Price too! Go ahead and get some quotes....I can guarantee Rudy will probably beat them. For the Great Quality of work, this is by far the Best value for your money.

I rarely write reviews but the this company and the owner, Rudy, deserve the public praise. We have an older home that had a mix of hardwood and carpet. Rudy and his team sanded and repaired the existing wood floor and then installed new floor in the formerly carpeted area...it matched perfectly. He did all this on time and on budget. Now let me get to the part that is truly impressive...since there was wood floor to be installed all through the house, we left town and turned over the keys to Rudy. Rudy and his team moved all the furniture, did all the work (perfectly) and then put all the furniture back in the exact location before. When we walked in from all the work being done, the house was spotless and it was a complete makeover. Rudy and his team provide the highest quality and, Atlanta FLoor One had the most reasonable price out of the 5 esitmates I recieved. We hired this company to replace the carpet and hard wood flooring in our home with laminate. Rudy quoted a price and gave us a timeframe. The job was completed exactly as promised and. the price was exactly as quoted with no surprise charges. They did a wonderful job. Rudy and his crew are very professional and courteous.
