Our design office was receiving more requests for Swimming Pools and we needed a company that could take our design vision to reality with a focus on quality and professionalism. We have consistently found both with SSG Pools. They do not shy away from a challenge and play a key role in any solution. They provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

SSG POOLS!! Great Company to work with. Water Wizz waterpark of East Wareham had to upgrade their children's activity pool. Meant tearing out the old and putting in the new. Was done on time and to specifications. Small issues that came up were handled immediately and resolved immediately. Definitely would recommend and will only work with them in the future. Without hesitation, and with responsibility to the fact someone maybe choosing this company somewhat or wholly based on this review, I wholeheartedly recommend SSG Pools and Spas. I wont have enough space to truly explain the experience my family had with SSG. I say my family because they made this experience about my entire family's wants and needs for our new pool. Further, the sales person, Rick Benoit, is BY FAR, the most honest and trustworthy contractor/third party relationship I have worked with. He dissuaded me from my first want, as it was more expensive and less family oriented than what I ended up with. Again, he steered me to a lower cost solution. From there, the crew from the demo through start up crew, with decking, equipment, electrician etc in between, were all were top notch and always came through. They were punctual, professional, respectful and went above and beyond to make sure my wife was at ease with the lengthy project we signed on for. All expectations were met. They stuck to the schedule that was set forth in writing and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, they stayed within the budget that was set at the very beginning. In fact, they proactively reached out to me and gave me a several thousand dollar credit that I had no idea was coming or that we deserved. Who does that nowadays? My wife was actually sad to see them finish, as my young daughters liked chatting with the guys and one friendly dog on their breaks. Once again, price came in under, they used their professional knowledge to steer me towards a less expensive and far more conducive solution, and they were a pleasure to work with. I just wish my other contractors were half as easy to work with and half as honest. In my business, I have learned the value of the customer experience and NPS score. I, without a doubt, recommend SSG to anybody I know and perfect strangers as well. Thank you!

South Shore Gunite did an amazing job renovating our inground pool. It came out so beautiful with complete craftmanship from each detail. The customer service was great and always in correspondence, keeping us updated, informed and answering all questions throughout the project. Brenda, was a pleasure to communicate with and always on top of eveything! SSG made sure everything was perfect and did not settle for less. They were upfront about recommendations but not pushy. When we had an additional idea, Gary gave us information, his recommendation with no pressure or obligated feeling. He let us know whether or not something was truely necessary. Their crew was always here when they said and worked hard. I would highly recommend SSG and would use them again! Great company to do business with.

We hired SSG for a project on Cape Cod. They were attentive and very professional. Rick and his team provided all the project samples for approval, worked closely with me on the design and were responsive to our requests. Because they use their own in house crews, workflow moves along and the crews were always pleasant. The client is very happy with the outcome and we came in on budget!

On time and on budget. I have used South Shore over the last 10+ years on 2 pools I have, one at home the other at my vacation home . They repaired a major problems on one pool that other pool companies had been unable to fixed and they completely rebuilt a second pool starting in April and had the job completed and ready to swim by Memorial day. I also use them for weekly service to make sure things run well In New England you get 3 months to really enjoy your pool why would trust anyone else
