Samantha was a huge blessing to our family from the very beginning of our building project. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the build and answered every single phone call and text. I had never worked with a designer before and I can't imagine not ever using one again. She saved us quite a bit of money and time on things that were important. She is extremely helpful in steering you in the right direction as well. I was glad that she took the responsibility of communicating with the subs and the builder. She made sure everything was done to perfection. Usually, when you walk in a store with her, they know her by name. She has good relationships with the people she does business with and they respect her. Samantha is not only a hard worker, but she truly cares about her clients. I would highly recommend Samantha for any project and can't wait to use her again in the future.

Samantha is excellent builder, designer, and manager! She took over failed project of renovation in my home and turned it around in no time. Not only she got all errors made by previous contractor corrected, she finished all work very quickly. She and her crew worked till midnight several days to get my home ready for my Mom to come from hospital. Construction/renovation: built new bathroom/shower suite on the second floor, tile work, glass doors in a shower, closets with mirrored sliding doors, staircase, all electrical work, painting, new hardwood flooring, complete rebuilding of master bath on the first floor, tile work, fixtures, electrical, glass doors, doors. Samantha has impeccable taste, I learned that I am much better off relying on Samantha's taste then trying to figure it out myself. Samantha has access to professional sources of highly skilled labor and materials, and she is excellent engineer and project manager. She went above and beyond working on my home. Samantha is honest and reliable. She is not just getting job beautifully done, she finds ways to get it done at reasonable cost and the most efficient way. I will have another phase of my home renovation and I am looking forward to work with Samantha again. I highly will recommend Samantha to do any most complex work at your home, no matter what it is: renovation or building a new structure. It will be excellent!

Samantha creates beautiful, unique designs. She designed three bathroom remodels and a kitchen update for us and we are extremely pleased. The results are beautiful and perfect for us. She got to know us and listened to what we wanted and her first suggestion for us was usually perfect. I highly recommend her services – she’s a very talented designer. She also kept the project on budget.

Samantha remodeled our kitchen and replaced our flooring throughout most of the house and painted the walls a new color. I have been wanting to knock out part of the wall to make a breakfast bar for several years and remodel the kitchen in the process. The opportunity presented itself earlier this year to do just that. We are so pleased with our experience with Samantha and how the finish product turned out. She seem to know exactly what I wanted and my style. The wood floors and farmer sink are EXACTLY what I wanted. I LOVE my new Chandelier! It is sooo Unique!!! And as a special touch, Samantha has a Cross cut out of left over granite counter tops! Our friends and family who sees it for the first time just raves about how much they love the floors but then says they love the farmer sink or chandelier and really everything ! It really is hard to pick a favorite! Samantha and her crew were professional and offered good advise. We would use her again.

We had been planning to make some changes in our kitchen and TV room for over a year and just could not make some critical decisions for color schemes and countertop/backsplash materials. Sam made some great recommendations that allowed us to move forward. She also oversaw the work and made the project easy on us. We couldn't be happier with the results.

I had never used an interior designer before I used the services of Samantha and now I don't know how I ever managed without one. The three things you want from designer are: (1) honesty (2) ability and the ability to work with her contractors and (3) communications. (1) The honesty needed here is not only keeping the client informed as to budget to actual costs but also honesty by telling the client what is possible within the budget. Sometime my wants had to be politely reined in as too expensive. However in these circumstances Samantha offered acceptable less expensive alternatives. (2) Ability goes without saying and we got a good idea of Samantha's ability at her initial planning meeting. She had blueprints of her ideas and numerous samples of tiles and other materials. She made a well thought out presentation which resulted in our hiring her. (3) Once a project is ongoing communication is key. Samantha readily by electric always returned calls.

Samantha did a great job for us renovating our beach house. She was stellar in supervising the painters, electricians, tile people as well as making sure that the prices were good. Sam also helped us as we furnished the house and prepared it for our use. We had already had a not so good start with another contractor. There was no way the process would have gone near as smoothly and having but a contractor/project manager and decorator in one person saved time and money. I would use her and again.
