The Donnelly Team used Access Home Staging to help a client prepare for listing. Stacie did a fantastic job connecting with the clients and putting their mind at ease. She was very professional throughout the process keeping us informed of the visit, letting us know about the meeting and followed up to see how the sale went. Overall, due to the educational approach taken, our clients were very much on board with decluttering and adding some accent pieces. We will be using Access Home Staging again. Stacie was highly recommended by our realtor, and we can see why! Upon arrival she spent time looking through all the rooms and belongings we had, as well as asking about the changes that we'd made ourselves since we purchased the house. She was very methodical, providing us with advice and recommendation on each room in our house, including our outside. She also focused on the entrance to our house, to ensure that we provided prospective buyers with a great first impression. Stacie's advice helped us to ensure that we de-cluttered while preserving the key definitions of our house, with a focus on utilizing the furniture, artwork, and belongings already in our possession. One of my biggest fears initially was that we would be told to spend an exorbitant amount on new furniture, however Stacie's focus on making the best use of what we already had was very re-assuring. Even after her visit, Stacie continued to check in with us and was happy to provide additional help and recommendations; the service she provides is phenomenal. During the showings of the house, we continually received positive feedback on the appearance and arrangement of our rooms. I have no doubt her advice and experience led to our sale!
