Stanza Interiors

Stanza Interiors is an interior design studio in Austin and San Francisco. We design whole houses being remodeled, built or moved into, every room drawn and rendered before anything is ordered, for a design fee of $2.50 a square foot, paid once. We are two founders, Preston Silverman and Sunthar Premakumar, and you work with us from the first call to the last delivery. For every decision we bring three options, each with a reason it belongs in your house, and the one we'd choose. We refine in as many rounds as it takes, each back within 3 to 5 days. Then we order the furniture, lighting and finishes, and stay on it until the last piece arrives. We take on 4 new houses a quarter. Book a free consultation at stanzainteriors.com.
