Sahand and his crew were extremely professional and very focused on the quality of work, right down to the smallest of details. We had a ensuite designed and built, a bathroom renovation and other cabinetry and carpentry work throughout our home. It was all exceptional quality. I would highly recommend Steeplechase for various projects small to large.

Sahand was brought on for our Salon build as the first Contractor trades prices were blowing our build budget out of the water. Not only did Sahand provide great trades people at more competitive prices, he was also reponsive and followed through with any outstanding issues or items. He jumped in personally to help with all things big and small. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and with his team. I highly recommend Sahand if you want an honest contractor to oversee your build or renovation.

I hired Sahand to turn my basement into a 2 bedroom basement apartment I could rent out and he did a fantastic job that left me speechless. He made sure to create a floorplan that was functional for our tenants, and keep some storage space for us as well. The entire process went by so smooth and effortlessly. Sahand and his team were present at our house on time everyday as promised and he made sure to notify us of the progress and if it was time for us to choose our finishes. Everything was done with high quality materials and the quality of the work was as if I purchased a brand new home from a builder. The work was done super clean, with attention to detail, and I not ONCE was told we were over budget. Thank you Sahand for making this a stress-free project for us! 5 stars all around!!

Nothing less than amazing and worry free service with excellent communication throughout the project of finishing two washrooms. Overall extremely satisfied with the not only the quality and workmanship, but also the way the job was managed from start to finish. Will definitely source this company again for future work to finish my basement. Very pleasant experience overall which is seemingly hard to come by these days. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have any work done.

The best service and the best quality! Sahand and his team is the most professional and friendly contractor I have ever seen before. He even made sure to clean the entire space that was renovated before doing the final walk through. Definitely 5 stars all around.
