The best decision we ever made was to choose Steve Thomas as our architect and builder. After a few discussions it became clear to us that Steve had a unique talent for designing homes. He managed to perfectly position the house to fit on our narrow lot and to take advantage of the natural landscaping. Steve's ideas and attention to details along with his use of the latest in energy efficient technology was above and beyond what we had expected. His goal to create exactly what was important to us and stay within our budget was amazing! The whole experience working with Steve was a very pleasant one, far better than the winter we had to deal with that year. He kept us well informed during each phase of construction. We are grateful to Steve for all his hard work and long hours he put in to make our dream of a beautiful Door County home come true!
