Sandy Beach Condominiums was built on the beach of Little Bay de Noc in Gladstone, Michigan. The project consists of four custom designed units with different style interiors as desired by each unit owner. The project has a beach/waterfront style with covered porches and decks facing the water/beach. Extensive landscaping provides a lush atmosphere also providing privacy between the units. Window size and location provides optimum views and light from the interior. This project was designed and built to fall within a limited budget that was defined by the local market.
